On May 11, the launching ceremony of the 8th Xi'an Construction Industry Green Construction Site Observation Activity was held in Yannan Yunjing Project of Shaanxi Construction Fifth Construction Group.
At the event site, the participants first visited the green construction site of the Yannan Yunjing project. Here, the concept of green construction has been fully embodied, the construction site is clean and orderly, and the layout of the garden-style construction site is eye-catching. From the selection of building materials to the control of the construction process, every link demonstrates the importance of environmental protection and the effective use of resources.
During the event, the staff of Shaanxi Construction Fifth Construction Group introduced in detail the practice of carbon saving in the whole life cycle of buildings. By optimizing the architectural design, a large number of new materials, new processes, and new equipment, through the application of high-strength steel, one-time forming of the garage floor, and the combination of Yonglin, the whole life cycle of the building from production, construction, operation, and demolition can save about 12,000 tons of carbon from the whole life cycle of the building.
At the same time, the project applied BIM technology in the whole process of site layout, formwork analysis, steel structure deepening, pipe comprehensive arrangement, GIS.AR etc., to improve the digital management ability of the project and provide strong support for the efficient operation and accurate management of the project.
Shaanxi Construction Group also shared their experience in fine management. Through refined management, the project not only improves the construction quality, but also reduces the construction cost, and achieves the goal of improving quality and efficiency. At the same time, they also hope that through this event, more enterprises can join the ranks of green construction and jointly promote the green transformation of the construction industry.
The green construction site observation activity was well received by the participants.
