On May 14, Mayor Wang Hongbin presided over the 44th executive meeting of the municipal government, listened to the report on the progress of the preliminary work of the Zhangjiajie Railway Logistics Base Project, reviewed the work plan for the creation of "China's climate livable city" in Zhangjiajie City (draft for review) and other documents and carried out pre-meeting learning.
The meeting deliberated and approved in principle the work plan for Zhangjiajie City to create a "Chinese climate livable city" (draft for review). The meeting listened to the reports on a number of recent government investment projects, and agreed in principle to go through the follow-up project approval procedures for the projects submitted to the meeting for deliberation. The meeting pointed out that the preliminary work of the project is an important basis for the approval of the project. The meeting reviewed the "Zhangjiajie Urban Sanitation Integration Service Project Open Bidding Plan (Draft for Review)" and "Zhangjiajie Urban Sanitation Integration Service Project Implementation Plan (Draft for Review)". The meeting pointed out that promoting the reform of environmental sanitation integration is conducive to the scientific allocation and utilization of resources, the reduction of development costs, and the optimization of the business environment. The whole city should further unify the understanding, deepen the research, improve the relevant plans, clarify the basic working methods of open bidding, prevent and resolve risks, standardize the operation of power, and orderly promote the integrated reform of urban sanitation.
Before the meeting, the participants focused on learning the "Several Regulations on the Construction and Operation Management of Urban Sewage Pipe Network in Hunan Province". The meeting stressed that the promulgation of the "provisions" provides a policy basis for solving the current outstanding problems in urban construction and management, and the whole city should deeply understand the great significance of the introduction of the "provisions", in accordance with the clear scope, responsibilities and requirements of the "provisions", and do a good job in implementation, and further promote the standardization of the approval, construction, management and supervision of the urban sewage pipe network.
The meeting also studied other matters, deliberated and adopted in principle the "Zhangjiajie City Affordable Housing Management Measures (Draft for Review)" and "Implementation Opinions on Using the Experience of Tens of Millions of Projects to Effectively and Effectively Promote the Comprehensive Revitalization of the Countryside (Draft for Review)".
