At the event site, Pingzheng Expressway set up a convenient service desk of "Merchants with Love, All the Way" in the toll plaza, and sent love service cards, mineral water, instant noodles, paper towels, snacks and other items to the past drivers and passengers, provided free car repair tools and mobile phone chargers, and also promoted holiday travel safety precautions to past drivers and passengers. In addition, ETC promotion activities have also been carried out, platforms have been set up to display, publicize and promote ETC equipment, and ETC issuance services have been handled on-site for buses in demand. The drivers and passengers highly praised and thanked the company's service, and they all said that they felt very warm and comfortable to receive such care and help during the long journey.
According to statistics, a total of 21 volunteers were dispatched in this activity, more than 100 gift bags were distributed, more than 300 love service cards were distributed, and a total of 151 service drivers were taken, and the service time was as long as 9 hours. In the future work, Pingzheng Expressway will continue to provide warm and sincere service for drivers and passengers, and show the high-quality window service image of Pingzheng Expressway with practical actions.
