At the Qinghe site, Qinghe personnel shuttled through the river and both banks, cleaning up all kinds of debris and white garbage one by one. At the same time, explain the common sense of water resource protection to the people around the riverbank, guide the people to consciously stop the uncivilized behavior of dumping garbage and littering into the river, and actively protect the water environment.
Baihualong River (Xincheng River) is nearly 30 kilometers long in the jurisdiction, and plays a very important role in the township ecosystem, not only undertaking the important functions of agricultural production irrigation, flood control and drainage, but also a beautiful ecological landscape in the countryside, carrying the nostalgic memory of generations of Xincheng people. Xincheng Township has developed 20,000 acres of valley vegetables on both sides of the river, which has become an important pillar of the township's industrial development. In order to better ensure the flood control safety of cultivated land and residents along the river, Xincheng and Rural focus on the long-term interests of the people and actively strive for the project from the superiors, with an estimated total investment of 86.7382 million yuan, which has been implemented.
It is understood that since the beginning of this year, Xincheng Township has carried out the action of clearing the river, and all stations (offices, centers) and villages (communities) have worked together to tackle tough problems and make solid progress, focusing on cleaning up and rectifying the "four chaos" problems within the scope of river management, so as to ensure that the river appearance and ecological environment of the township have been effectively improved. At the same time, we should actively do a good job in coordinating with the masses to escort the smooth progress of the river control project. A total of 8 river cleaning operations were carried out, with a total of more than 800 people dispatched and 32 tons of garbage cleaned up.
Vigorously carry out the publicity work of river protection and governance, and rely on the New Era Civilization Practice Institute (station), WeChat public account, WeChat group, emergency broadcasting, etc., online and offline combination of extensive publicity, enhance the awareness of the masses to consciously protect the river and the ecological environment, and guide the masses to consciously put an end to throwing life, production garbage, sewage and other behaviors into the river, so as to reduce pollution from the root. At present, a total of 12 lectures have been carried out, more than 30 door-to-door publicity and education have been carried out, and 18 illegal buildings have been persuaded to be demolished.
