Founded in 1914, the Affiliated High School of Capital Normal University is a public complete middle school, located at No. 33 Beiwa Road, Haidian District, which is one of the first batch of municipal key middle schools and the first batch of municipal demonstration high schools in Beijing, and was awarded the honorary title of "Advanced Collective of National Education System" by the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Personnel. 1. Recruitment target
Fresh graduates, returnees from studying abroad, and college graduates who have not confirmed their work units during the career selection period.
1. Graduates from Beijing
(1) Have a permanent residence in Beijing. It is limited to fresh undergraduate, master's or doctoral graduates from ordinary colleges and universities who are included in the national unified enrollment plan, and the training method is non-directional, graduated on time before July 31, 2024, and obtained the corresponding academic degree (all courses taken during the school are qualified, and there is no record of make-up examination or retake).

(3) 2022-2023 undergraduate, master's and doctoral graduates (included in the national unified enrollment plan, excluding orientation and commission training) who have not confirmed their work units during the career selection period, their household registration, personnel files, and organizational relationships shall be kept in the original graduation school or in the graduate employment departments at all levels (graduate employment guidance service centers), talent exchange service agencies at all levels and public employment service agencies at all levels, and social insurance has not been paid during the career selection period.
2. Non-Beijing graduates
(1) Only master's and doctoral graduates (included in the national unified enrollment plan, excluding orientation and commission training), in line with the relevant provisions of the "Beijing Municipal Measures for the Administration of Introducing Graduates", and obtained the corresponding academic qualifications and degree certificates on schedule 2024 fresh graduates of ordinary colleges and universities. Master's students must be born on or after January 1, 1994, and doctoral students must be born on or after January 1, 1989.
(2) For 2022-2023 master's and doctoral graduates who have not secured a job during the career selection period (included in the national unified enrollment plan, excluding orientation and commission training), their household registration, personnel files, and organizational relationships shall be retained in the original graduation school or in the graduate employment departments at all levels (graduate employment guidance service centers), talent exchange service agencies at all levels, and public employment service agencies at all levels, and have not paid social insurance during the career selection period.
Second, the basic conditions for recruitment
(1) Basic requirements
1. Love the cause of basic education, love their own work, abide by the law, abide by professional ethics, and have professionalism;
2. Applicants must be 35 years old and below, i.e. born on or after January 1, 1989;
3. Have the corresponding qualified academic qualifications (bachelor degree or above) specified in the employment position;

(2) Teacher qualification requirements
Teachers with the corresponding grade and above teacher qualifications, the teaching section and discipline of the teacher qualification certificate must meet the requirements of the recruitment position, and the personnel who hold the teacher qualification certificate of the higher section can apply for the lower section of the discipline position.
Fresh graduates of ordinary colleges and universities in 2024 must provide the Teacher Professional Ability Certificate for Normal Students or the Certificate of Passing the Teacher Qualification Examination, and must obtain the official teacher qualification certificate before July 31, 2024.

Applicants shall take the formal examination at the specified time and requirements, and those who fail to participate in the preliminary examination (written examination) on time shall be deemed to have given up automatically.
The results of the preliminary examination (written test) are based on a 100-point system, and the passing score line is 60 points. Each recruitment position is determined in accordance with the ratio of the number of people to be recruited and the number of people participating in the interview 1:3, from high to low scores to determine the personnel who enter the qualification review, and those whose scores are lower than the qualified line cannot enter the qualification review. 1. Those who have passed the qualification review will enter the retest. The whole process of the re-examination is recorded and recorded, and the results are based on a 100-point system, and the passing score line is 60 points.
2. The results of the preliminary examination (written examination) and the results of the second examination shall be included in the comprehensive score according to the weight of 30% and 70% respectively. According to the ratio of 1:1 for each recruitment position, among the qualified personnel in the interview, the candidates for physical examination and inspection will be determined according to the ranking order of comprehensive results.
If the comprehensive score of the same position is the same, the personnel to be hired will be determined according to the written test score from high to low; If the written test and interview results of the same position are the same, the interview evaluation team will comprehensively evaluate and determine the personnel to be hired.
5. Physical examination and inspection
According to the total score of the examination from high to low, and according to the ratio of 1:1 to determine the candidates to be hired, after the organization of inspection, physical examination for publicity. The physical examination standards shall be implemented in accordance with the General Standards for Physical Examination for Civil Servants (Trial) (Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security [2016] No. 140), and the physical examination fees shall be borne by the applicants. The inspection team inspected the candidates who passed the physical examination through relevant channels to fully understand the individual's political quality, moral character, ability quality, psychological quality, daily performance, law-abiding, integrity and self-discipline. 7. Miscellaneous Provisions
(1) The treatment of the personnel to be hired in the required positions of this recruitment announcement shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant regulations of the state and Beijing public institutions.
(2) The qualification review runs through the whole process of open recruitment, and applicants must provide complete, true and valid personal information, certificates, certificates and other relevant materials.
