During the 2024 "5.8" Fraternity Week and Disaster Prevention and Mitigation Day, the Red Cross Society of Pu'an County will actively carry out a series of activities of the Fraternity Week with the theme of "Humanity Continues" and a disaster prevention and mitigation publicity activity with the theme of "Everyone Stresses Safety, Everyone Knows How to Respond to Emergencies - Strive to Improve the Ability of Grassroots Disaster Prevention and Avoidance". Through online + offline and other means, we have carried out extensive publicity, and carried out training and popularization training on emergency rescue knowledge, so that the general public can further understand the basic knowledge of the Red Cross, disaster prevention and mitigation knowledge, master emergency rescue skills, and improve their ability to help themselves and each other in response to emergencies.
During the event, more than 400 people were trained, of which 25 passed the training and assessment to obtain the "Red Cross Ambulance Certificate". More than 200 copies of various publicity materials were distributed.
