Original text of the announcement
According to the spirit of the "Work Plan for the Implementation of the Teacher Training Plan for Veterans in Xiamen (Trial)", in order to support and guide more outstanding veterans to devote themselves to education, encourage independent learning while working and preparing for teacher qualifications, a one-time reward of 2,000 yuan will be given to veterans who have obtained teacher qualification certificates through self-study examinations and meet the requirements.
First, the object of the declaration

Second, the application conditions
(1) Basic conditions
35 years of age and below (as of the date of application); If you have obtained a teacher qualification certificate recognized by the education department for primary and secondary schools, kindergartens, etc., and the date of issuance is between June 21, 2022 and June 20, 2024, each person can apply for the bonus at most once.
(2) In any of the following circumstances, it shall not be used as a condition for declaration
1. Personnel of government agencies and institutions;
2. Publicly-funded normal students;
3. Graduate students and normal students in education have obtained the qualification certificate of the major;
4. Obtain a certificate of passing the teacher qualification examination during the full-time ordinary college and university period;
5. Participated in the one-year full-time full-time training of teachers' professional ability and the short-term pre-examination training of the teacher qualification certificate examination organized by the veterans' affairs department free of charge.
3. Time limit for application
Within 12 months from the date of obtaining the teacher qualification certificate (subject to the date of issuance), upon the application submitted by the applicant, failure to apply within the time limit shall be deemed to be automatically abandoned and will not be accepted.
Fourth, the way to declare

2. Materials to be submitted for declaration:
(1) Xiamen Veterans Self-study Examination Teacher Qualification Certificate Award Application Form (in duplicate) (submit the electronic version, see the attachment at the end of the application form);
(2) ID card, retirement certificate, teacher qualification certificate, university graduation certificate, degree certificate, teacher qualification examination certificate, original and copy of the online verification report of student status on the academic information network, and 1 copy of the front and back of my valid bank card (the name of the bank account must be noted);
(3) Proof of individual insurance payment (12 months before the date of issuance of the teacher qualification certificate) or proof of uninsured insurance in Xiamen, etc. (Self-service printing or online printing at the District Government Affairs Center)
5. Qualification review
The Veterans Affairs Bureau of the district where the veterans are placed is responsible for the preliminary examination of qualifications, and the Municipal Veterans Affairs Bureau, together with the Municipal Education Bureau, is responsible for the qualification review.
6. Reward payment
In principle, it will be handled once a month. Those who pass the qualification review will be issued a one-time reward of 2,000 yuan by the Municipal Veterans Affairs Bureau (into the bank account provided by the applicant).

Heilongjiang Province
The Heilongjiang Provincial Department of Veterans Affairs and Heilongjiang University jointly launched a training course for the veterans' teacher qualification examination.
1. Training objects
Self-employed retired soldiers who meet the requirements for registration for the teacher qualification examination, have the willingness to teach, and meet the requirements for a free training.
2. Enrollment plan
The province plans to enroll 60 students and carry out training at Heilongjiang University.
3. Qualifications
The following conditions must be met at the same time:
(1) Have the nationality of the People's Republic of China;
(2) Abide by the Constitution and laws of the People's Republic of China, be of good character, and be physically and mentally healthy;
(3) In accordance with the provisions of the "Regulations on the Placement of Retired Soldiers", self-employed retired soldiers accepted by Heilongjiang Province;
(4) Meet the requirements for participating in the primary and secondary school teacher qualification examination;
(5) Comply with the "Teachers Law of the People's Republic of China" and the "Regulations on Teacher Qualifications" and other relevant provisions.
4. Registration
(1) Registration time: May 10-May 31, 2024;
(2) Materials to be prepared for registration: application form for retired servicemen to participate in teacher qualification training (in triplicate), three one-inch color photos with blue background, and copies of ID cards and retirement certificates (in triplicate).
(3) Registration process
(1) Fill in the Application Form for Veterans to Participate in Teacher Qualification Training;
(2) Upload the electronic version of the "Application Form for Veterans to Participate in Teacher Qualification Training" to the QR code for the registration of the "Soldier Teacher" teacher qualification certificate training course;
(3) Submit the "Application Form for Veterans to Participate in Teacher Qualification Training" (in triplicate) and relevant documents with a one-inch blue background color photo to the local Veterans Affairs Bureau.
(4) Qualification review
The qualification review shall be completed jointly by the Municipal Veterans Affairs Bureau and Heilongjiang University.
5. Training arrangement
The courses offered in this training course are mainly two subjects: "Comprehensive Quality" and "Education and Teaching Knowledge and Ability" in the written examination of the secondary school teacher qualification examination. It is planned to hold the course from early June 2024 to early July 2024, with a training duration of 300 hours, including two parts: written test and interview. The form of the class is a combination of online and offline (offline centralized teaching for Harbin students, and online synchronous live teaching for non-Harbin students). During the training period of self-employed retired soldiers, they should participate in the training and daily assessment in strict accordance with the school curriculum, and if they complete all the courses and pass the school assessment, Heilongjiang University will issue a certificate of completion.
6. Charging standards
Eligible self-employed retired soldiers are included in the management of training courses during the study period, and are exempted from paying training fees and material fees, and are responsible for food, transportation and other expenses during the training period.
7. Relevant explanations
The training course for the pre-qualification examination of secondary school teachers aims to help self-employed retired soldiers master their education and teaching ability and improve the competitiveness of the teacher qualification examination through training. Due to the limited number of training places, all trainees should take the National Teacher Qualification Examination in the second half of 2024 in principle.

It is planned to hold the first special training course on the education and teaching ability of veterans in Changzhou in June 2024. This training was organized by the Changzhou Veterans Affairs Bureau and undertaken by the School of Education of Jiangsu Institute of Technology.
1. Training plan
Training duration: 63 days (40 days of offline teaching, 20 days of online teaching, 3 days of interview coaching)
Training content: comprehensive quality of teachers, education and teaching knowledge and ability, individual tutoring by subject, mock exams, pre-exam tutoring and other courses.
After the training, we will organize participation in the teacher qualification examination in September 2024 and carry out "one-on-one" interview training and coaching.
2. Registration conditions
1. Self-employed veterans accepted and placed in our city;
2. Under the age of 40 (born after August 31, 1984);
3. Have a full-time bachelor's degree or above or meet the requirements for special transfer;
4. Comply with the subsidized education and training policy for veterans in Jiangsu Province;

3. How to register
