In order to further enhance the awareness of the rule of law among primary school students, enrich the knowledge reserve of the Civil Code, and better protect themselves in their daily study and life, on the occasion of the fourth "Civil Code Publicity Month", the judges of the Hai'an Municipal People's Court walked into the Hai'an Mingdao Primary School Education Group and brought a lesson full of dry goods to the fourth-grade students.
At the beginning of the class, Judge Mo Yamin introduced the basic content and significance of the Civil Code in easy-to-understand language based on the age characteristics and cognitive level of primary school students, and skillfully integrated legal knowledge such as persons without civil capacity and persons with limited civil capacity into the daily life of the students through vivid cases, turning boring legal concepts into vivid and interesting, and stimulating the students' interest in law and their concern for their own rights and interests.
In order to help students more intuitively feel how the Civil Code protects us, Judge Mo explained in detail how the Civil Code provides us with legal protection and ways to protect our rights at different stages of life through the specific case of "Xiao Ming's Life".
During the class, Judge Mok actively interacted with the students and encouraged them to ask questions and share their views. The interactive teaching method not only deepened the students' understanding of legal knowledge, but also cultivated their legal awareness and problem-solving skills.
