At about 8 o'clock on May 13, the Kaixing Road Fire and Rescue Station in Qixingguan District received the dispatch from the command center of the Municipal Fire and Rescue Detachment: A traffic accident occurred in front of Guizhou Junan Automobile Emergency Braking System Manufacturing Co., Ltd., Industrial Avenue, Bihai Street, Qixingguan District, causing one person to be trapped and need to be disposed of. After receiving the dispatch, the Kaixing Road Fire and Rescue Station in Qixingguan District immediately contacted the alarm and learned that there was an oil leak at the scene, and a small amount of smoke came out. The Kaixing Road Fire and Rescue Station in Qixingguan District immediately dispatched the full-time fire brigade of the Baiyanglin Street Government to the scene for vigilance and disposal. Subsequently, 3 vehicles and 13 people were dispatched to the scene.
Fire and rescue personnel arrived at the scene to find that a van going straight had collided with a turning van, the front of the van was badly deformed, the driver's leg was stuck, and the van was leaking oil.
After understanding the situation, the fire rescue personnel immediately found a container to catch the diesel fuel that was leaking from the truck, and then used hydraulic demolition tools to cut, brace and expand the door of the van and the body of the car that was stuck in the trapped driver's part at the same time.
After 14 minutes of rescue, the fire rescue personnel successfully rescued the trapped driver and put him in an ambulance.
After the disposal, because there was a diesel leak at the site, in order to prevent a fire, fire and rescue personnel used sand to cover the fuel leakage area.
