The workshop was co-sponsored by Sichuan Normal University and Wenchuan County People's Government, and co-organized by the Academy of Fine Arts and Calligraphy of Sichuan Normal University and the Wenchuan County Bureau of Culture, Sports and Tourism. Li Lin, Director of Sichuan Provincial Intangible Cultural Heritage Protection Center, Yu Lisheng, Member of the Standing Committee of Wenchuan County Party Committee and Minister of Propaganda Department, Professor Liu Chuanjun, Dean of the School of Fine Arts and Calligraphy of Sichuan Normal University, and Associate Professor Wu Pengbo, Director of the Intangible Cultural Heritage and Cultural Creativity Teaching and Research Department of Sichuan Normal University, attended the opening ceremony, and Professor Zheng Jiao, the project leader, presided over the opening ceremony.

The seminar earnestly implements the Wenchuan intangible cultural heritage co-endowment plan, implements the research and inheritance of intangible cultural heritage resources and cultivates talents, adheres to the research and training principle of "strengthening the foundation, broadening horizons, and increasing learning", and focuses on the three teaching modules of Qiang traditional culture (including oral epic), traditional craft theory, and innovative design development, which are divided into four aspects: special lectures, theoretical courses, extended courses and investigation courses. Through teaching methods such as "lecture guidance + demonstration and teaching + discussion and exchange + field collection + creative guidance", a diversified and three-dimensional Qiang culture and innovation curriculum system is constructed. At the same time, this workshop launched a new project design of "1v1 Intangible Cultural Heritage Together: Inheritor V Graduate Student Transmission", focusing on Qiang embroidery, paper-cutting, Qiang Nian, Yu's legend, interpretation of the scriptures, pushing rods and other intangible cultural heritage items to conduct oral history interviews, sort out the connotation of Qiang intangible cultural heritage, refine typical visual symbols and technical resources, and realize the creative transformation and innovative development of Qiang people's skills.

At the beginning of the opening ceremony, the trainees of the seminar performed the interpretation of the scriptures, sang the Qiang songs, and performed the Qiang folk tea skills, etc., showing the rich intangible cultural heritage resources of the Qiang nationality in Wenchuan and showing the high-spirited spirit of the trainees.

Yu Lisheng, member of the Standing Committee of the Wenchuan County Party Committee and Minister of the Propaganda Department, delivered a speech at the opening ceremony, in which Minister Yu Lisheng introduced the rich intangible cultural heritage resources of Wenchuan County and the latest achievements in promoting the inheritance and innovation of intangible cultural heritage, and expressed full expectations for the implementation of the "Entrepreneurship and Entrepreneurship" intangible cultural heritage research and training project of Wenchuan Baigong.

Liu Chuanjun, Dean of the Academy of Fine Arts and School of Calligraphy of Sichuan Normal University, extended a warm welcome to the leaders and students who came to the opening ceremony. Dean Liu Chuanjun introduced the basic situation of the college from the aspects of history, level and professional construction. Then, he introduced the important achievements of the college in the field of intangible cultural heritage from three aspects: intangible cultural heritage research and transformation, intangible cultural heritage curation and promotion, and intangible cultural heritage aesthetic education and research and training. At the same time, within the framework of the "Wenchuan Intangible Cultural Heritage Co-endowment Program", the college and the Wenchuan County People's Government jointly carry out academic research and market transformation of intangible cultural heritage, cultivate the brand of intangible cultural heritage projects, and expand the intangible cultural heritage protection and inheritance group. After the opening ceremony, Li Lin, director of the Sichuan Provincial Intangible Cultural Heritage Protection Center, gave a special lecture on "Intangible Cultural Heritage Protection and Innovative Development", in which she gave an in-depth interpretation of the concept of intangible cultural heritage, the innovative development of intangible cultural heritage, and the protection of intellectual property rights, and proposed that the essence of intangible cultural heritage lies in re-creativity, rheology, and liveness. She emphasized the need for the inheritance and innovative development of intangible cultural heritage: the deep connotation of Ming cultural traditions, the special charm of Ming creative art, the vane of Ming demand changes, the overall expressiveness of Ming material functional technology, the rules of the ancients, open up their own life, adhere to cultural self-confidence, and let cultural traditions be organically integrated with current aesthetics and current life.

The workshop innovatively carried out the project design of "1v1 Intangible Cultural Heritage Together: Inheritor V Graduate Student Transmission", organized one-on-one field interviews between inheritors and graduate students majoring in design, and gained an in-depth understanding of the historical origin, cultural connotation and development status of intangible cultural heritage such as Qiang embroidery, Qiang year, Qiang putter, Qiang native tea, and Dayu legend. The two sides gave full play to the advantages of traditional craftsmanship and design intelligence, worked together to develop Qiang cultural and technical resources, and simultaneously launched the "Wenchuan Gifts" worry-free cultural and creative research and development plan to realize the protection and creative transformation and innovative development of Qiang intangible cultural heritage.

Adhering to the research and training principle of "strengthening the foundation, broadening horizons, and increasing learning", the Wenchuan Baigong "Entrepreneurship and Entrepreneurship" Quality Improvement Seminar will give full play to the advantages of Sichuan Normal University in talent training, and strive to provide a platform for the protection of oral epics and improve the aesthetic ability and artistic creation level of various inheritors in view of the lack of a platform for the protection of the Qiang intangible cultural heritage oral epic, the lack of artistic accomplishment, and the weak cultural innovation ability, so that the traditional intangible cultural heritage of the Qiang nationality can be protected and integrated with modern design. To meet the needs of the diversified market and modern life, further strengthen the ability of grassroots management staff of intangible cultural heritage undertakings to interpret and implement national intangible cultural heritage policies, and enhance the overall understanding of Qiang culture. The workshop integrates effective social resources to build a knowledge system that includes laws and policies on the protection of intangible cultural heritage, academic discourse and dissemination and promotion, so as to improve the theoretical cognition level and implementation ability of cultural grassroots managers, improve the creative transformation and innovative development ability of intangible cultural heritage inheritors of traditional craft resources, and promote the great revival of Qiang traditional culture in the new era.
