At the elephant mall at the junction of Yangci Street and Shuzhou Road in Chongyang Street, a number of experts gathered at the free clinic site with the theme of "Building a Modern Chongzhou with One Heart", and provided free diagnosis of common, frequent and chronic diseases for the masses, providing free blood pressure and blood sugar measurement, skin examination and other services, free distribution of external drugs for skin diseases, musculoskeletal pain patches, etc., and carried out health education and publicized long-term care insurance knowledge.
The free clinic was jointly carried out by the United Front Work Department of the Chongzhou Municipal Party Committee, together with the Chongzhou branch of the democratic parties such as the Revolutionary Committee of the Chinese Kuomintang, the Democratic League, the Democratic National Construction Association, the Democratic Progressive Party, and the Peasants' and Workers' Party, as well as the medical and health workers of the Municipal Federation of Industry and Commerce, the Municipal Federation of Knowledge, the Municipal New Federation, and the Municipal Federation of Overseas Chinese.

At the Chongyang Community Health Service Center, Professor Wei Tao from the Department of Thyroid Surgery of West China Hospital of Sichuan University led a team of medical elites from West China Hospital to provide warm free clinic services for more than 200 local residents.
