To all provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the Central Government, Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps, Heilongjiang Agricultural Reclamation, Guangdong Agricultural Reclamation, and agricultural radio and television schools (farmers' science and technology education and training centers) in Dalian and Qingdao cities specifically designated in the state plan:
In order to implement the decision-making and deployment of the No. 1 Central Document in 2024 on "giving full play to the role of ordinary universities, vocational colleges, agricultural radio and television schools, etc., and improving the effectiveness of farmer education and training", in accordance with the requirements of the "14th Five-Year Plan for the Development of National Agricultural Radio and Television Schools", the Central Agricultural Radio and Television School (Farmer Science and Technology Education and Training Center of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs) [hereinafter referred to as the "Agricultural Radio and Television School (Center)"] organized and carried out the first batch of national county-level high-quality farmer field school recommendation work in the national agricultural radio school system. After the voluntary declaration of farmer field schools, the recommendation of agricultural schools at all levels, and the review of the Central Agricultural Broadcasting School (Center), the list of the first batch of 534 county-level high-quality farmer field schools in the country is hereby announced.
Farmer field schools are an effective extension of the national agricultural field school system at the grassroots level, and agricultural schools at all levels should increase their support for high-quality farmer field schools at the county level across the country, strengthen education and training guidance, give full play to their exemplary role, radiate and drive the common development of local farmer field schools, and actively and effectively serve the construction of rural talent teams.
