With ingenuity, respect for beauty. In the ninth issue, we walked into Nanjing Merchants Bright Jingyuan to see the brilliant environment intertwined with bustling contemplation and urban vacation.
Nanjing Merchants Bright Park is located in Jiangning, Nanjing, Jiangsu Province, covering an area of 49,600 square meters, with a total construction area of about 144,200 square meters. As the opening work of the brilliant series of Nanjing Jiangning plate, it aims to meet the needs of Jiangning's industrial and geographical groups to create cost-effective and high-quality products.
The project adopts a façade that combines large-surface thermal insulation integrated board with dry-hung stone, aluminum plate base and large lines, with a window-to-floor ratio of up to 0.35, and all three-glass and two-cavity Low-E glass for the exterior window, with good thermal insulation and sound insulation performance, and a fully enclosed balcony design, which makes the overall building very textured. The community garden design focuses on the "ten" space axis and the theme of "Forest Oxygen City", creating a central green space of about 10,000 square meters to build community bearing and vitality.
Nanjing Merchants Bright Garden creates a poetic living space with heart, uses modern techniques to build a comfortable living environment, and creates a modern simple luxury forest residence shared under the forest. Starting from the main entrance, a complete homecoming etiquette movement line is created, with a 75m ultra-long display interface, 3 ceremonial entrances, 2 landscape axes (quality homecoming etiquette axis, natural community vitality axis), 1 fitness track of about 500m, 5 theme gardens, and 13 homecoming units, highlighting the high-end taste of residents.
Establish high standards, and play the symphony of aesthetic life inside and outside
The façade of the building in Nanjing Merchants Bright Jingyuan Exhibition Area inherits the spirit of Jinling's craftsmanship, echoes the urban spirit and life posture nurtured by the craftsman culture, intercepts the bamboo knife form used in the gold foil cutting process, and carries out dense derivation through modern design techniques, and deduces the two façade textures of grille and metal mesh curtain on two scales respectively, paying tribute to this traditional craft and Jinling's craftsmanship spirit.
The façade logic of the community lobby continues the modernist style of the region, reducing the complexity. The clean and clear aluminum plate is complemented by the stone, and the ultra-white glass flat straight glass + double-layer arc metal grille is rich in layers, which is in harmony with the overall façade. Combined with the integrated design of the scenery wall, it is elegant and elegant, and the atmosphere does not lose tension.
Cross landscape axis to create an urban garden living community
Nanjing Merchants Bright Garden creates a natural urban garden living community with a central super-long landscape axis space and exquisite residential scene experience, and different community functions are interspersed and intertwined in the flowing space, making life in such a community rich and comfortable.
The project has made bold innovations in landscape design, and proposed a conceptual change from "people follow the landscape" to "the landscape follows people". A natural community vitality axis of about 300m and a quality homecoming etiquette axis of about 100m are planned to form a cross landscape axis, connecting landscape neighborhood space, central living room, children's activity area, all-age activity field, etc., to enhance the sense of hierarchy and fluidity of the space. Extract the spatial characteristics and landscape elements of "Huanxiu Villa", "Art Garden" and "Master of Nets Garden" to form a multi-theme courtyard of "Stone Shadow, Forest Landscape, and Water Rhyme", and regain the brilliant ritual order of multi-scene life.
As part of the entrance to the community, the corner pocket park integrates the flavor of urban social space to create a poetic and beautiful scene of understory life. You can stay and rest, and there is an activity place for neighborhood communication.
The future scene experience of the backyard enhances the vitality of the space
The future experience space in the backfield is the epitome of the future regional life experience, hiding the beauty of nature in the backyard.
In terms of venue space, an ultra-long open interface is formed by retreating from the front field, a corner garden, a waterscape entrance and an open square are gathered to form an urban shared open space, and a shaded shared garden is placed in the back field, presenting a rich variety of seasonal colors in the quiet path, making the unbounded forest oxygen space natural, maximizing the display interface and enhancing the vitality of the urban communication space.
The overall interior space of Nanjing Merchants Bright Jingyuan is in line with the aesthetics of contemporary customers. The open public area layout breaks the conventional space edges, creates a sense of sparse and luxurious space, meets a variety of use scenarios, and maximizes the use of space.
The unit is designed with a balcony with a wide view of about 10m, which provides ample light and ventilation, and expands the shared space of the common area, so that family members can enjoy more leisure time or various activities here. The bay window design of the whole house creates different use scenarios, increases the indoor use area, and further improves the comfort of living.
The storage function of the whole house is improved, the cabinet door panel is made of high-quality solid wood veneer wood veneer in a large area, combined with the rock slab countertop and the aluminum frame gray glass cabinet door to integrate with the living room background, the kitchen door uses aluminum frame glass invisible door, and the open kitchen is combined with the island design, highlighting the quality of high-end residences.
The indoor is also equipped with intelligent systems, such as HVAC control system and intelligent central control system, and natural voice interaction with the entire smart home system through the terminal mobile phone APP and smart screen, so as to truly realize the era of smart home.
What is unique about the design of the project?
From the perspective of the city, the design of Nanjing Merchants Bright Garden redefines the interface of life, shaping the internal resources of the residential area, and providing a high-quality and tasteful community communication space for the city and residents. We put forward the theme concept of "Prosperous Mindfulness & Urban Vacation", trying to break the gray and dull tones of the surrounding city through the three dimensions of venue space, design style and architectural details, and at the same time, we hope to create a city-level cover project with a simple and elegant hotel resort atmosphere, and drive the overall aesthetic tonality of the region.
How does the project reflect its ingenuity?
The overall details are refined with the ultimate concept of modern Seiko, using high-quality materials such as champagne gold/silver white aluminum plates, beige white stone, curved ultra-clear glass, combined with extreme details, to show the Seiko skills of the project. The on-site construction is strictly controlled to restore the design effect to the greatest extent.
For example, on the façade, the streamlined modern elements and the traditional elements of Nanjing gold foil painting are extracted to create a delicate, modern and elegant light luxury façade image. Jinling gold foil forging technology "one of the best in China" - national intangible cultural heritage, Nanjing gold foil color is pure, uniform thickness and durability, its twelve process forging technology completely preserves thousands of years of traditional Chinese gold foil production skills.
