Last month, he was deducted more than 900 at once, saying that it was the loss of the store, so his money was deducted.

Employees said that they have a fixed salary system, and that the loss of the store should be the management responsibility of the store, not the employees.
Mr. Xu, the manager of Yipin Fresh Jianghan Store, told reporters that this system was formulated by the company, mainly for employees in the FMCG department. The main reason is that there is a loss after the monthly inventory of the FMCG department, and the company stipulates that 20% will be borne by me, and the remaining 80% will be shared by the employees.
The store manager said that in the loss of FMCG, expired goods are written off by the company and are not included in the loss, and the expiring goods can also be sold at a low price, and they are not included in the loss, and the biggest loss is theft. It's about 80%, I told the company, but the company said that other stores don't have it, it's all a system, and I can't do anything about it.

A staff member of the Jianghan District Labor Inspection Brigade in Wuhan City said that according to national laws, wages can only be deducted if employees cause losses to the unit, and the proportion cannot exceed 20%.
Therefore, the store's behavior is illegal, unless the employee has caused substantial losses to the unit, and it is recommended that the employee negotiate first. If the employer is unwilling to negotiate a settlement, the worker can collect evidence and report it to the labor inspection team, which will intervene in the investigation and then deal with it in accordance with the law.
