Mr. Ma said that it is difficult to distinguish what level of carbon cloth the fishing rod is used to produce a fishing rod, but its cost can be calculated, a 7.2-meter silver carp bighead carp rod, about 230 grams, 28 to 19 tones, carbon cloth plus artificial coating, etc., the minimum is 530.
Mr. Ma said that the carbon cloth used in the 7.2-meter silver carp rod is 2.2 square meters to 2.4 square meters, taking 2.4 square meters as an example, the normal carbon cloth has three structures: one is 0 degrees, one is 45 degrees, and one is 90 degrees. The proportion of 90 degrees of carbon cloth is 20%, the proportion of 45 degrees of carbon cloth is normally 25%, and the proportion of 0 degree carbon cloth is about 55%.
Mr. Ma said that if he is a mature designer, the 0 degree carbon cloth must be M40X, and the 45 degree and 90 degree normal are composed of T1100, 2 T100 and one M40X carbon cloth.
Regarding the price of carbon cloth, he said that if it is produced according to the level of Zhongfu Shenying and the relatively good carbon cloth made in China, M40X is 280 yuan/㎡, and T1100 is 100 yuan/㎡ (050 or 075 models), then it is only the cost of carbon cloth, 280 times 1.3 is equal to about 360 yuan. 360 plus 100 is 460, which is a 7.2 meter carbon cloth cost.
460 If you add the labor cost, because of this kind of fishing rod, the structure of its carbon cloth is very complex, and the labor cost consumption is relatively large, if you add 40 yuan of labor costs, plus 30 before and after the block, cloth bag, trademark, etc., the comprehensive calculation is about 530.
Mr. Ma said frankly that this is still not very good, if the cloth layer is to be changed, change to the first four and the last four, or change the cloth layer more, then the production cost will rise to about 600, that is to say, 530, which is basically the bottom line of this fishing rod.
Mr. Ma said that if the manufacturer used fake carbon cloth, he might make it in 200. There are manufacturers with T100 and M40X carbon cloth to make fishing rods are not so expensive, very simple, he did not use M40X, but mainly use T1100, because the price of domestic T1100 is very cheap, if he changes the part of the main cloth to T1100, and M40X is just a symbolic thing, then its production cost will be reduced, it is not worth so much money, this production cost may be within 300 yuan.
Mr. Ma said that this kind of fishing rod is really not worth buying for fishing friends, because with such a high level of carbon cloth, the part of M40X that improves the hardness is replaced by a relatively low level of T100, and the strength of the fishing rod is improved, but it is soft, and it cannot reach the standard 28 to 19 tune.
