After learning about the situation, the procuratorates at the city and county levels in Leshan promptly initiated the national judicial aid procedures to provide assistance to the victims, and at the same time actively cooperated with the county women's federation, the county legal aid center, and the Donglin town government to carry out diversified assistance to help their families get out of their predicament.
During the return visit, Wu Hao, a full-time member of the Leshan Municipal People's Procuratorate Committee, inquired in detail about He Moumou's physical recovery, family living conditions and his daughter's study and living conditions, and at the same time conducted in-depth exchanges with town and village cadres on the use of judicial aid funds and the implementation of multiple relief measures, emphasizing that procuratorial handling of cases cannot be "done all at once", and that it is necessary to extend the procuratorial function in combination with the practical difficulties of the rescued objects, and take the initiative to contact relevant departments to solve them together, so as to protect the legitimate rights and interests of the rescued objects to the greatest extent.
