Sydney Greenland Centre is located at 115 Bathurst Street in the heart of Sydney, adjacent to Sydney Town Hall and Hyde Park, and is renovated and capped from the old site of the Sydney Water Board. With a total of 67 floors and a height of 773 ft. (235.61 m), the project has become one of the tallest residential towers in Sydney. When completed, Greenland Center has 479 apartments ranging from 39 square meters to 326 square meters. It also includes a 674-square-metre penthouse designed by renowned design firm David Selden. The project is also equipped with outdoor swimming pools, spa pools, saunas, gymnasiums and multi-functional video rooms, in addition to the "cultural and creative center" on the 2nd ~ 7th floors of the building. With a total investment of A$25 million (about 118 million yuan), the center will be equipped with professional music rehearsal rooms, film editing studios and visual arts studios, and will become an art base for Sydney's local cultural and creative industries.

However, we were pleasantly surprised by the time, effort and financial resources that Greenland Australia project team had spent on a restorative development. The Greenland Center retains and utilizes the steel structure of the old building on the original site, and reuses the building raw materials to reflect the extremely advanced green recycling building concept. The City of Sydney is particularly grateful to Greenland Group for providing us with access to the Cultural and Creative Centre at a nominal rent of $1 in 1999.
