According to Article 60 of the Fire Protection Law of the People's Republic of China, the offender faces a warning or a fine of less than 500 yuan. Electric bicycles occupying, blocking, or blocking the passage of fire trucks, obstructing the passage of fire trucks, will also face the same administrative penalties. What is the legal responsibility for carrying an electric bicycle or its battery into the elevator and refusing to obey the dissuasion and stopping?
