As the main urban area, Shibei District has a rich historical and cultural heritage and characteristic regional culture, and is rich in outdoor advertising and signboard resources. In 2023, Shibei District will compile and release the "Detailed Plan for the Installation of Outdoor Advertising and Signboards in Shibei District" in combination with the actual situation of the district, and optimize the landscape elements such as building facades, outdoor advertisements, and shop signs in the block in accordance with the remediation measures of retention, addition, demolition, and improvement and upgrading, so as to realize the integrated spatial design of Shibei District. At the same time, continue to increase the law enforcement of illegal large-scale outdoor advertising, after the issuance of the "Shibei District Outdoor Advertising and Signboard Setting Detailed Plan", guide the street law enforcement squadron to strictly follow the plan for management, and strengthen law enforcement on the surprise new and large-scale outdoor advertising that is not included in the plan, since the beginning of this year, 271 large-scale outdoor advertisements have been demolished in Taitung 1st Road, Luoyang Road Auto Parts City and other locations, 8385 square meters.
Beautify and enhance the streetscape according to local conditions
In the spring of this year, the first store of JD Mall in Shandong settled in Zhuo Yueli, the CBD center of Shibei District, but the commercial atmosphere of the façade of Zhuo Yue Li was not strong enough, which was not commensurate with the high-quality urban environment of Jingdong Mall. To this end, the Shibei District Comprehensive Administrative Law Enforcement Bureau, together with relevant departments, actively assisted Jingdong MALL in handling the approval procedures for the façade, referring to the domestic excellent window building cases, revising and improving the façade renovation, outdoor advertising settings, and window beautification design schemes, so as to ensure that Jingdong MALL in line with the laws and regulations on outdoor advertising and signboard setting under the premise of highlighting the characteristics of Jingdong brand and Qingdao fashion elements, with a sense of trendy, technological and experiential new forms of business, to create a full-scene, immersive consumer experience for Qingdao, and establish shoppingThe new consumption landmark of check-in leads the upgrading and renewal of commerce, and drives the improvement of the quality of the cityscape of the entire central business district.
Implement examination and approval, and pay close attention to standardized management
In order to ensure the standardization and fine management of large-scale outdoor advertising in Shibei District, the "Notice on Doing a Good Job in the Approval and Supervision of Large-scale Outdoor Advertising" was prepared and issued, urging large-scale outdoor advertising enterprises in the jurisdiction to go through the approval procedures according to the time node, establish one license and one file, and realize the full coverage of the approval of large-scale outdoor advertising facilities. At the same time, implement the main responsibility of the business unit, regularly conduct safety inspections and actively carry out daily maintenance work, timely repair and refurbish the incomplete neon signs and damaged and obsolete outdoor advertisements, and take corresponding safety precautions in the event of typhoons, rainstorms and other bad weather to ensure the safe use of advertising facilities.
