The instructor explained the market positioning and analysis, video operation skills, etc., so that everyone had a preliminary understanding of how to operate a video account. Subsequently, the editing and production of videos were introduced, and the students were guided to learn video editing step by step through mobile phone screen projection. Under the explanation of the instructor, many students not only mastered the skills of video editing, but also edited and shared their video works on the spot. A disabled student said that due to his limited mobility and small social circle, he used to often browse various videos on the Internet, and he had also created some benefits for himself through video sharing or live streaming, but he felt that he benefited a lot from listening to the class that day.
Zhu Zhenfeng, chairman of the Municipal Association for the Physically Disabled and director of the Municipal Service Center for the Disabled, said that the training course was opened according to market demand and the willingness of the disabled to learn. The Municipal Service Center for the Disabled has always attached great importance to the training and employment of the disabled, and has created a service brand of volunteer service to help the disabled in employment. In particular, since the beginning of April this year, the center has set up a normalized training course on special skills for the disabled, which is carried out in a combination of centralized teaching and personalized teaching. As of May 11, the training course on special skills for persons with disabilities has carried out 92 hours of regular training and teaching, carried out 2 large-scale centralized classes, and more than 500 people with disabilities have participated in the training and learning, 38 teachers have participated in voluntary teaching, and 300 volunteers have participated in the course services, which has played a positive role in improving the employment skills of persons with disabilities and promoting the employment of persons with disabilities.
