According to an eye check information, Shanghai Ji Chinese Development Co., Ltd. was established in December 2012, the legal representative is Zhang Jizhong's ex-wife Fan Xinman, with a registered capital of 30 million yuan, jointly held by Zhang Jizhong, Fan Xinman, Jiaxing Silicon Valley Paradise Jiazhong Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership) and others. Among them, Zhang Jizhong holds 45.85% of the shares, and his ex-wife Fan Xinman holds 34.67% of the shares.
According to media reports, the divorce turmoil between Zhang Jizhong and his ex-wife Fan Xinman has attracted widespread attention, and the two sides once went to court. In addition, Fan Xinman also sued Shanghai Ji Chinese Development Co., Ltd. due to a dispute over a company resolution.
The reporter noted that the case of the resumption of enforcement was related to a contract dispute between Hunan Heguang Media Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Ji Chinese Development Co., Ltd. and Zhang Jizhong.
According to a second-instance judgment of the Changsha Intermediate People's Court, in 2012, China TV Drama Production Center Co., Ltd. (Party A), Heguang Company and Heguang Company (Party B), Jizhong Company (Party C) and Shanxi Film and Television (Group) Co., Ltd. (Party D) negotiated and signed the "Long-Form TV Drama Series<英雄时代>." Joint Investment Agreement", stipulating that: the four parties will jointly invest, shoot and distribute the TV series "Heroic Age"; The copyright income of the TV drama works filmed according to the script is shared according to the respective investment ratios of Party A, Party B, Party C and Party D, and the four parties jointly own the copyright of the TV series of the play, and jointly entrust the producer Zhang Jizhong to serve as the chief producer of the play and form a film crew on behalf of the four parties.
On May 23, 2016, the above-mentioned four companies signed supplementary agreements as Party A, Party B, Party C and Party D respectively, which mainly stipulated: Party A, Party B and Party D agreed to transfer the copyright of the TV series "Age of Heroes" owned in the original agreement to Party C, and Party C was required to pay the transfer fee, of which Party C was required to pay Party B and Heguang Company the first transfer fee of RMB 10 million before August 31, 2016.
Jizhong Company has paid 5 million yuan of the first copyright repurchase price to Heguang Company. Because Heguang Company did not receive the balance of 5 million yuan, it sued to the Changsha Tianxin District Court. The Tianxin District Court ruled in the first instance that Jizhong Company should pay the remaining 5 million yuan of the first copyright repurchase price to Heguang Company, and pay interest.
After Jizhong Company appealed, the Changsha Intermediate People's Court upheld the original judgment in the second instance
