1. Party building leads and promotes the "red fortress" to consolidate the foundation and strengthen the foundation.
The first is to forge a red team with "head goose piloting". Combined with the ecological restoration and upgrading project of the abandoned mine in Yutou Mountain, the Red Memorial Park of Yutou Mountain will be revitalized, and four areas will be planned, including the Red Tour Tourist Area, the Red Paradise Recreation Area, the Ecological Garden Quiet Area, and the Revolutionary Square Pagoda Memorial Area, so that the red culture will be brought to life.
2. Moisten culture and promote the "red blood" to cast souls and educate people.
The first is to "heat up" the revolutionary historical materials. Through compiling a collection of stories, portable brochures, shooting propaganda videos, etc., the heroic deeds of martyrs such as Lan Feihe and Zeng Zhibi were excavated, and the propaganda film "Reminiscing the Eventful Years and Paying Tribute to the Heroic Martyrs" was produced to show the revolutionary history in a way that the masses like to see.
The second is to let the revolutionary story "spread". Revolutionary deeds such as the "Hui'an Armed Riot" were taken as a compulsory article for the "Three Sessions and One Lesson" of the town and village party organizations, combined with theme education, and the members of the party and government teams were organized to tell 21 red stories for party members and cadres through party classes and party history.
The third is to "bring the revolutionary cultural relics to life". Focusing on the creation of the Red Memory Digital Exhibition Hall, through the use of new media interactive digital technologies such as half-scene painting projection, three-dimensional sand table, phantom imaging, multi-point magic touch screen, etc., the old objects are displayed and arranged in a scene-based manner, creating an immersive scene and enhancing the interactive experience of visiting.
3. Industrial revitalization and promote the empowerment and quality improvement of "red resources".
The first is to change the "resource advantage" to "traffic password". Integrate on-site teaching points, strive to build Yutoushan Red Memorial Park into an important red education base at the county level, undertake patriotism education, theme party day and other activities every year more than 1,300 visitors, and carry out more than 60 visits and explanations.
The second is to create a "high-quality route" for "agricultural and tourism integration". Relying on the advantages of modern agriculture and red tourism, we will carefully build the industrial layout of "integration of agriculture and tourism", integrate the resources of Henghai Village Tiger Mother Palace Patriotism Education Base Exhibition Hall, Shinotou National Defense Education Base, Shuicun Village Residence Park and other jurisdictional resources, and create a red tourism route integrating research, food and sightseeing with Yutou Mountain Red Memorial Park as the core.
The third is to promote "red culture" as "red economy". Integrate and utilize 60 acres of land around the Red Memorial Park of Yutou Mountain for the development of commercial services, focusing on the planning of catering, commerce, culture and sports, entertainment and other consumption fields, and constantly invigorate resources and make people popular. Up to now, it has driven the surrounding villagers to increase their income by more than 100,000 yuan, and promoted the average annual economic income of the village to exceed 150,000 yuan.
