"It's certainly not easy, how can there be so many easy things, there was no industry in the village at that time, there were many legacy problems, and the sanitation was poor, but I had a goal to make our village better, richer, and more beautiful." In 2018, Zhuang Peng responded to the call of the "Yanguixing Village" talent return project and returned to Shahexin Village to take over the village party secretary. With a strong organizational fortress, the development of the village has a backbone, and the enthusiasm of party members and the masses to start a business is also quickly stimulated. Not long ago, the Changqing Expressway service area introduced the "Big Locust Tree" agricultural independent brand created by Shahexin Village, and the village's specialties went further.
Liu Jie, the first secretary of the general office of the municipal government stationed in Shahexin Village, told reporters that the big locust tree is a company registered by the village cooperative. Originally, the village collective did not have a physical industry, but after the construction of the Quanmai Industrial Base, it is expected to produce pancakes, flour and noodles.
In order to further consolidate the industrial foundation, combined with the centralized clean-up work of the "three capitals", the village upgraded and renovated the idle factories, reached cooperation with leading enterprises, and built a Quanmai industrial base, which produced finished stone-ground flour, dry and wet noodles, multi-flavor pancakes, etc. in the form of village collective leadership and villager shares.

The original village-run science and technology team factory has been transformed into a freshwater perch breeding base with an annual production capacity of 120,000 catties.
Liu Jie, the first secretary of the General Office of the Municipal Government in Shahexin Village, introduced that Shandong Jintuo Agricultural Development Co., Ltd. will be introduced in 2022, mainly breeding freshwater perch. This enterprise was awarded the "National Aquatic Green and Healthy Aquaculture Demonstration Base Construction Project", and enjoys the special support funds of the central government to solve part of the labor force in the village and pay a fixed lease fee to the village every year.
