At 8 o'clock on May 13, the resettlement lot in the Nanjiangci resettlement area of Shazikou Street was officially launched. 282 households were divided into 394 resettlement houses.
The Nanjiang resettlement area is located at No. 61, Laoshan Road, Laoshan District, in the control regulation LS0402-127 of Jianggezhuang Area, Shazikou. Participating in the drawing of lots are buildings 12, 13, 14 and 15, with a total construction area of 60,158.16 square meters, including 39,158.16 square meters of above-ground construction area and about 21,000 square meters of underground construction area. This time, 282 households participated in the lot, with a total of 394 houses.
It is reported that the project will start in April 2022 and complete the main acceptance in July 2023. During the construction process, the responsibilities of all parties involved in the construction were compacted, the quality of housing construction in the resettlement area was grasped, and every link from material selection to node acceptance was kept improving, which greatly improved the living conditions of the resettled people.
This relocation is from queuing, registration, and house selection...... The whole process is videotaped, notarized by the notary office on the spot, and every link is open, fair and transparent, so as to effectively protect the interests of the masses.
In the next step, Shazikou will further accelerate the pace of urban renewal of streets, accelerate the improvement of the layout planning and pipe network planning of various supporting facilities, and continuously improve the happiness, security and sense of gain of residents in the resettlement area.
