In February 2021, the Jinsha Education Research Institute and three experimental schools were jointly established by the Central Committee for Promoting Democracy, the Teacher Education Research Center of Beijing Normal University and the People's Government of Jinsha County. Pan Xiangming, who insists on having feelings for education, said that when someone told me to come to Jinsha to be the principal, I thought about it. Because when I was working in Zhejiang, many students in the school were children of Bijie migrant workers.
