The fate of the bodhisattva's life

In ancient times, there was a beautiful young woman named Emerald Flower. She has a beautiful face and a graceful figure, but fate seems to play a joke on her - she has married three husbands, but each of them is not long, and her husbands have died for various reasons, leaving her alone in the world.

Cuihua is not a ruthless person, she is gentle and virtuous, kind and generous, and gives wholeheartedly to each of her husbands. However, whenever she basks in the joy of being a newlywed, fate always ruthlessly robs her of her happiness. Cuihua's heart was full of doubts and pain, and she couldn't understand why she couldn't escape the fate of this Lian Ke Sanfu.

On a sunny morning, Cuihua decides to head to a temple in the nearby mountains and forests to pray to the Buddha for guidance on marriage. Dressed in plain clothes and with a pious heart, she set out on a rugged mountain road. On both sides of the mountain road, wildflowers bloom and birds sing, but Emerald Flower's heart is full of heaviness.

After a long trek, Cuihua finally arrived at the temple. She knelt in front of the Buddha, folded her hands and tears in her eyes, telling her sufferings one by one. She asked the Buddha to guide her to her true destiny so that she could get rid of the fate of the three husbands.

An old monk in the temple was touched by Cuihua's sincerity. He stepped forward and took a closer look at the green flowers. I saw that Cuihua's face was delicate, and her eyes revealed firmness and perseverance, as if she had a different temperament. The old monk smiled slightly and said to Cuihua: "Female donor, you are not an extraordinary person, but the reincarnation of a Bodhisattva. Your destiny is different, and you are destined to go through tribulations to achieve positive results. ”

Cuihua was shocked when she heard this, she never thought that she would have such a deep relationship with the Bodhisattva. She asked suspiciously, "Master, then what should I do to get rid of the fate of this Lian Ke Sanfu?" ”

The woman Lianke Sanfu went to the temple to plead for marriage, and the monk said: You are a bodhisattva

The old monk pondered for a moment and said slowly: "Female benefactor, your fate cannot be changed by manpower. However, you can improve your realm through practice and bring yourself closer to the essence of a bodhisattva. When you attain positive results, your destiny will also change. ”

Cuihua's heart suddenly brightened, and she decided to stay in the temple to practice in order to get rid of the fate of this Lianke Sanfu. In the days of the temple, Cuihua humbly asked the old monk for teachings, chanted the Buddha day and night, and her soul was gradually purified. At the same time, she is also actively involved in various activities of the temple, helping pilgrims who come to the temple to solve their problems. Her kindness and compassion have earned her respect and affection.

However, the path of cultivation is not always easy. Cuihua often fell into confusion and pain, and she didn't know when she would achieve the right fruit. However, whenever she remembered the words of the old monk, she would pick herself up again and continue to practice.

Over time, Cuihua's practice gradually came to fruition. Her state of mind became more and more peaceful, and her words and deeds became more and more in line with the standards of a bodhisattva. She not only helped many pilgrims solve their problems, but also infected the people around her with her kindness. People praised her as a living bodhisattva, and her fame spread throughout the mountains and forests.

During the days at the temple, Cuihua spent countless silent days and nights, and her mind became clearer and clearer under the influence of Buddhism. In the dead of night, she would sit alone in front of the Buddha hall, gazing at the Buddha statue, reciting the scriptures in her heart, seeking inner peace and guidance.

One day, while picking herbs in the back hill of the temple, Cuihua came across an injured traveler. The traveler was ragged and tired, and had clearly experienced the hardships of the long journey. Cuihua felt pity and hurriedly stepped forward to help the traveler back to the temple, and personally boiled medicine for him to heal his wounds.

The traveler was grateful, and had a great conversation with Cuihua while recuperating from his injuries. He claimed to be a well-traveled businessman named Li Hao, who was injured by an encounter with a bandit. During the conversation, Li Hao was moved by Cuihua's kindness and compassion, and developed a deep affection for her.

However, Cuihua kept a distance from Li Hao's feelings. She knew that she was the reincarnation of a Bodhisattva, and that her path of cultivation was long and arduous, and she did not want to waver in her determination because of her children's personal feelings. However, Li Hao's sincerity and persistence made her unable to refuse. He accompanies Cuihua every day, sharing the trivial chores of the temple for her, and often brings her news and gifts from outside the mountain.

With the passage of time, Cuihua's feelings for Li Hao have gradually changed. She found herself looking forward to getting along with Li Hao and began to enjoy the warmth and companionship. However, in the dead of night, she would fall into deep contradictions and struggles. She didn't know if she should give up her practice and pursue this relationship.

By chance, Cuihua asked the old monk about this question again. The old monk smiled and told her, "Female benefactor, the path of cultivation is not alone. When you meet someone who is truly worth cherishing, you might as well let go of the obsession in your heart and embrace this feeling. A true bodhisattva must not only have compassion, but also have the courage to face and accept every gift in life. ”

Cuihua suddenly realized after hearing this. She decided to let go of the obsession in her heart and accept this feeling. She told Li Hao about her decision, and the two spent a wonderful time in the temple hand in hand.

However, the good times were short-lived. One day, the bandits attacked again, and the temple was in crisis. Cuihua and Li Hao did not hesitate to stand up and resist the attack of the bandits together with the monks of the temple. In battle, Cuihua showed amazing courage and wisdom, and she used her actions to protect the safety of the temple and the monks.

The bandits were eventually repulsed, but Cuihua was also seriously wounded in the battle. At the last moment of her life, she held Li Hao's hand tightly and said to him with a smile: "Thank you for accompanying me through this journey." Although I can't accompany you to the end, please believe that I will always be there for you to protect you. ”

After saying this, Cuihua closed her eyes peacefully. Her body gradually emitted a soft light, as if a bodhisattva had descended. Li Hao was grief-stricken, but he knew that Cuihua had achieved positive results and returned to the Bodhisattva's side.

Since then, the monks in the temple will often see a soft light rising from the mountain behind the temple at night, illuminating the entire mountain forest. They all know that it is the Emerald Flower Bodhisattva who is guarding this land and the people here. And Li Hao often comes to the temple to offer incense and prayers to the Cuihua Bodhisattva, thanking her for the happiness and warmth she has brought to him. After Cuihua's death, Li Hao was deeply saddened, but he also remembered Cuihua's last words. He knew that she wanted him to move on and live a more exciting life. For the sake of Cuihua and for himself, Li Hao decided to cheer up and continue his path as a businessman.

Li Hao buried Cuihua on the mountain behind the temple, where the scenery is beautiful and can overlook the entire mountain forest. He believed that in this peaceful land, the soul of Cuihua could rest in peace. Every important festival or Cuihua's death day, Li Hao would return to the temple to sweep her tomb, offer flowers, and share with her what he saw and heard about doing business abroad.

A few years later, Li Hao became a well-known wealthy businessman with his excellent business acumen and honest management. He has not forgotten the time when he was in trouble, nor has he forgotten that it was the green flowers and the monks of the temple who gave him a new life. Therefore, he often donated generously to fund the repair and expansion of temples, and also helped many travelers who were in distress like him.

Li Hao's good deeds spread all over the world, and people praised him as a businessman with affection and righteousness. However, he has always maintained a humble and low profile, always saying, "Everything I do, is to remember a special person who taught me what true kindness and compassion are." ”

By chance, Li Hao met a young widow with a young child who had a very difficult life. Li Hao remembered himself back then and decided to help their mother and son. Not only did he provide them with shelter and food, but he also taught them how to earn a living. With the help of Li Hao, the lives of the mother and son gradually improved.

As time passed, a deep affection gradually developed between Li Hao and the widow. They support and encourage each other to move forward together on the road of life. Li Hao knows that although he always has the place of Cuihua in his heart, life has to go on, and he needs to cherish the people in front of him.

Finally, one day, Li Hao mustered up the courage to propose to the widow. The widow tearfully agreed to him, and the two entered the palace of marriage hand in hand. At the wedding, Li Hao specially left a place for Cuihua and presented a bouquet of flowers. He said affectionately: "Cuihua, thank you for once walking into my life. Today, I have found a new partner, but you will always be the most cherished memory in my heart. ”

After marriage, Li Hao and the widow ran a business together and took care of the children. Their lives, although plain, are full of happiness and warmth. Whenever in the dead of night, Li Hao would always walk alone to the back mountain of the temple and stand in front of Cuihua's tomb to quietly remember. He knows that some people are destined to only accompany him through a certain road, but that part of the road is enough to remember for a lifetime.

And the story of the emerald flower is also circulated among the people and has become a beautiful legend. It is believed that in that distant world, Cuihua has attained the Positive Fruit and become a true Bodhisattva. She uses her kindness and compassion to protect everyone in need, as well as Li Hao and his family. The Miracle of the Bodhisattva's Life (continued)

As the years passed, the lives of Li Hao and the widow became more and more prosperous. Not only did they run their business well, but they also raised a smart and clever child, and the family of three enjoyed themselves. And the legend of the emerald flower is also like the breeze in the mountains, spreading in people's hearts.

One day, Li Hao's child, Xiao Li, suddenly became seriously ill, and sought medical treatment in many ways to no avail, and his condition became increasingly serious. In the face of this sudden blow, Li Hao and the widow were anxious, they were unwilling to give up any hope, and looked around for a way to cure Xiao Li.

It was then that they remembered the emerald flowers. Although Cuihua has been dead for many years, Li Hao believes that she will definitely help them in some way. So, they took Xiao Li to the temple, knelt in front of Cuihua's tomb, and prayed for her blessing.

Just as they were praying sincerely, a soft light fell from the sky and enveloped Xiao Li's body. They were surprised to find that Xiao Li's condition had miraculously improved. Li Hao and the widow were excited, they knew that this must be the manifestation of the green flower.

In order to thank Cuihua for her help, Li Hao and the widow decided to set up a special ancestral hall in the temple to worship the idol of Cuihua. They also invited the senior monks in the temple to hold a grand consecration ceremony for Cuihua. Since then, Cuihua's ancestral hall has become one of the most revered places in the temple.

With the passage of time, Cuihua's ancestral hall attracted more and more worshippers. They brought various offerings and incense to pray for the blessing and protection of the green flowers. And Li Hao and the widow have always stayed in the ancestral hall to answer their questions and provide help to the believers.

One day, a young traveler came to the temple. He looked haggard and depressed, clearly suffering a great setback. He told Li Hao and the widow about his fate: he was originally a young man with great ambitions, but fell into despair because of an unexpected failure. He wandered around in search of a way to be liberated, and eventually came to this temple.

After listening to the traveler's story, Li Hao and the widow were deeply moved. They remembered what had happened to them and Emerald Flower's help, and decided to help the traveler get back on his feet. They told the travelers: "There will always be ups and downs and ups and downs in life, but as long as we stick to our faith and do not give up hope, we will be able to get out of the predicament and meet a better future." ”

With the encouragement of Li Hao and the widow, the traveler regained his confidence and courage. He said goodbye to Li Hao and the widow and embarked on a new journey. And Cuihua's ancestral hall has become even more famous because of this adventure.

Since then, the ancestral hall of Cuihua has become a sacred place in people's hearts. Whenever people encounter difficulties and setbacks, they will come here to pray for Cuihua's help and guidance. And Li Hao and the widow have always stuck to the ancestral hall, infecting everyone who comes to worship with their kindness and compassion.

Time is like a song, time is like an arrow. Li Hao and the widow spent a long and happy life under the protection of Cuihua. After their deaths, they were buried next to Cuihua's grave, so that the lovers would always be by Cuihua's side. And the legend of Cuihua has always been passed down among the people and has become an eternal story.
