Under the sunshine of the beginning of summer, Xinmi West Street Central School held a unique fun sports meeting for teachers and staff in the playground of Qingshihe Primary School on the afternoon of May 11, 2024. The purpose of this activity is to enhance the sense of responsibility and collective honor of faculty and staff, cultivate the spirit of unity and cooperation, and create a harmonious campus cultural atmosphere.
At the beginning of the event, Chairman Shi Pengfei announced the rules of the competition, President Wang Xiaolei delivered an enthusiastic opening speech, and Secretary Wang Bianjun read out the precautions of the event in detail. With the referee's whistle, each project kicked off one by one, and the faculty and staff were engaged in a tense and interesting game.
In the "Crazy Caterpillar" event, the team members sat on brightly colored caterpillar props and struggled to the finish line. They cooperated tacitly and quickly, fully demonstrating the spirit of unity and cooperation of the faculty and staff.
In the "Clamping Table Tennis" project, the faculty and staff carefully used chopsticks to clamp the table tennis balls from one basket to another, which not only tested their patience and carefulness, but also exercised their coordination skills and teamwork spirit.
The "Pig Run" project was full of laughter, with faculty and staff holding badminton rackets and rolling soccer balls around their desks, and their nimble figures shuttling around the field, attracting bursts of applause from the audience.
In addition, the "balloon walking", "two-person three-legged" and "tug-of-war competition" and other projects were also wonderful, and the faculty and staff showed a positive spirit and full of enthusiasm for work in the competition.
After an afternoon of fierce competition, the competitions ended successfully. This fun sports meeting not only exercised the physical fitness of the faculty and staff, but also enhanced the friendship and unity between them. Everyone said that they would devote themselves to education and teaching with more enthusiasm and contribute to the development of the school.
The successful holding of the Faculty and Staff Fun Games of West Street Central School not only enriched the amateur cultural life of the faculty and staff, but also further enhanced the vitality of the campus, gathered strength and boosted morale.
