Recently, the Sichuan Cost Engineers Association issued the "Regulations for the Compilation and Examination of Construction Project Cost Appraisal Opinions (Draft for Comments)" (hereinafter referred to as the "Regulations"). The "Regulations" standardize the work of project cost appraisal, including the provisions on personnel and the specifications of enterprises.
The "Regulations" have repeatedly clarified that the appraiser of the project cost appraisal project must be a registered cost engineer, and after the appraisal is completed, it is signed and stamped with the practice seal of the cost engineer, and the details are as follows:

1. The terminology (noun explanation) stipulates that the appraiser and the appraisal reviewer of the project cost appraisal project shall be a registered cost engineer.
2. The project cost appraisal opinion must be signed by the cost engineer and stamped with the cost engineer's practice seal.
3. The number of appraisers in the payment shall be designated by the appraisal agency, but shall not be less than two first-class cost engineers.
