Event time and budget
From May 15, 2024 (inclusive) to June 30, 2024 (inclusive), subsidies will be given to individual consumers who purchase new energy vehicles or fuel vehicles with a tax-inclusive price of more than 70,000 yuan (inclusive) from automobile retail enterprises above designated size in Natong, Longhua District through the method of "replacement and renewal" or "direct purchase", with a total budget of 50 million yuan.

Subsidy standard
On the premise of meeting the subsidy conditions, the subsidy amount and the maximum subsidy amount for a single unit are set for each tier, and all applicants can apply for the subsidy through the UnionPay "UnionPay App" and distribute the subsidy amount equally.
The first level: if the invoice price (including tax) of the car purchase is between 70,000 yuan (inclusive) and 150,000 yuan (exclusive), the total subsidy will be 15 million yuan, with a maximum subsidy of 3,000 yuan for each new energy vehicle and a maximum subsidy of 2,000 yuan for each fuel vehicle.
The second level: if the invoice price (tax included) of the car purchase is between 150,000 yuan (inclusive) and 250,000 yuan (exclusive), the total subsidy will be 20 million yuan, the maximum subsidy for each new energy vehicle will be 5,000 yuan, and the maximum subsidy for each fuel vehicle will be 4,000 yuan.
The third level: if the ticket price (including tax) of the car purchase is more than 250,000 yuan (inclusive), the total subsidy is 15 million yuan, the maximum subsidy is 8,000 yuan for each new energy vehicle, and the maximum subsidy is 7,000 yuan for each fuel vehicle.
In this automobile promotion, those who purchase new cars through the "direct purchase" method can enjoy it at the same time as other automobile consumption subsidy policies of the superiors; If you purchase a new car through the "replacement and update" method, if you have already enjoyed the "trade-in" automobile consumption subsidy policy, you cannot enjoy the car subsidy repeatedly.

Subsidy conditions
(1) The subsidy object is an individual consumer, and the subsidy object purchases a car (excluding second-hand cars and commercial vehicles) from May 15, 2024 (inclusive) to June 30, 2024 (inclusive) at an automobile retail enterprise above the designated size in Natong, Longhua District through the method of "replacement and renewal" or "direct purchase", and obtains a uniform invoice for motor vehicle sales and a motor vehicle driving license during the activity time. The purchase price of the car shall be subject to the tax-included price of the uniform invoice for the sale of motor vehicles;
(2) During the validity period of the policy, the subsidy object shall purchase a car through the method of "replacement and update" (the old motor vehicle under the name will be transferred to the registration, cancelled registration or the new car purchased after moving out of the city to obtain the updated index), and the above time shall be subject to the "uniform invoice for motor vehicle sales";
(3) The automobile retail enterprises above designated size in Natong, Longhua District are: automobile retail enterprises with the industry category of "new automobile retail" and the industry code of "5261" in the "statistical network direct reporting platform" of the National Bureau of Statistics. Eligible automobile sales enterprises shall be subject to the automobile retail enterprises that have been integrated on the day of publicity, and consumers can inquire online through the Longhua government. Application Materials
(1) Valid identity documents of individual consumers (Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan and foreign nationals need to provide corresponding valid documents, such as residence permits, passes or passports, etc.), e-RMB accounts (real-name accounts of Category 1 and 2 are required), and bank card accounts;
(B) the newly purchased vehicle motor vehicle sales invoice;
(3) The motor vehicle license of the newly purchased vehicle;
(4) If a new car is purchased through the method of "replacement and renewal", the car personal renewal index certificate must be provided;
All the above information holder (document) holder and certificate number must be the applicant himself, otherwise it will not be accepted.

Application and review process
In order to facilitate consumers' application and improve the efficiency of disbursement, the subsidy can be applied for through the UnionPay "UnionPay App". Among them, Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan and foreign nationals, fill in the "Application Form for Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan and Foreign Customers" and send the paper scanned copy to the mailbox [email protected], and call the customer service hotline 95534 to register.
The application period is open from May 27, 2024 to July 19, 2024, and the specific process is as follows:
(1) Applicants log in to the "UnionPay" app - click "Government Consumption Vouchers" - "2024 Shenzhen Automobile Consumption Promotion Activity" - "2024 Longhua District Automobile Consumption Promotion Activity" - "Apply Now";
(2) The applicant fills in the relevant information according to the prompts;
(3) Upload relevant materials, including identification materials, car personal update index certificates, uniform invoices for motor vehicle sales, and driving licenses;
(4) The system network verification information will be reviewed for preliminary review, and the applicant can log in to the "UnionPay" APP - click "Government Consumption Vouchers" - "2024 Shenzhen Automobile Consumption Promotion Activity" - "2024 Longhua District Automobile Consumption Promotion Activity" - "Check Application Status";
(5) The District Bureau of Commerce, in conjunction with the relevant departments, shall conduct a manual review of the materials provided by the applicant, and enter the next process if the audit meets the requirements, and the system will show that the review has passed; If the review does not meet the requirements, it will not be passed, and the system will show that the review is rejected; If supplementary materials are required for review, the system displays them as to be modified, and the applicant shall supplement them within 3 working days after receiving the notice, and will not be accepted if they are not supplemented within the time limit;
(6) For applicants who pass the review, they will be publicized on the website of Longhua District in batches for 5 working days; If you have any objection to the publicity, please contact the District Bureau of Commerce within 3 working days after the end of the publicity for verification;
(7) After the publicity has no objection, the District Bureau of Commerce will handle the payment procedures in accordance with the relevant regulations, and directly allocate the funds to the applicant's digital RMB account, and the system will show that the subsidy has been issued and the activity will end.

Precautions
(1) The applicant for the car purchase subsidy shall be responsible for the completeness and authenticity of the application materials, and those who fail to provide complete and effective materials will not be able to obtain financial subsidy funds. Those who provide false information, maliciously apply for or fraudulently obtain subsidies will be held accountable in accordance with the law;
(2) Each automobile dealership shall accurately introduce to consumers the application of the vehicles sold to this policy, and shall not mislead or deceive consumers, otherwise they will be investigated for corresponding responsibilities and disqualified from participating in promotional activities.
