1. Background
At present, among the desktop operating systems, Microsoft Windows is undoubtedly the dominant existence, monopolizing more than 70% of the global market share. With the continuous progress of science and technology, domestic operating systems have gradually emerged. For example, it has won the bid for products such as Kirin, Galaxy Kirin, CloudNeedleOS, Deepin, UnionTech UOS and Huawei Hongmeng. UnionTech UOS is an operating system developed by UnionTech Software based on Linux, which has the characteristics of rich software ecology, efficient and concise human-computer interaction, direct compatibility with Android applications, beautiful interface, and simple operation.
Recently, UnionTech Software ushered in a major annual update and released the desktop operating system UOS V20 (1070), which has been heavily upgraded in terms of appearance design, collaboration, and AI.
After personal experience, I will share my experience of using it.
2. UOS system installation and experience

3. UOS system experience
1. The desktop environment, ecology, and collaboration are upgraded
a) The launcher menu on the left is similar to the Start Menu style of Windows 10, which can be found in the built-in programs and can be dragged and dropped directly to the taskbar.
b) In terms of ecological construction, UnionTech UOS has built its own app store, through which users can download various applications, which can basically meet the needs of various scenarios such as social chat, office learning, audio-visual entertainment, programming and development.
c) In terms of compatibility, UnionTech UOS performs quite well. The system is compatible with mainstream application software and hardware devices, including various office software, browsers, printers, etc., as well as cross-platform support for Windows regular applications and Android applications.
d) In terms of file management, it supports the expansion of folders in a tree structure, and also has a more flexible view of file management.
d) In terms of collaboration, after establishing cross-terminal collaboration, the initiator's keyboard and mouse can directly control the receiver, the mouse can penetrate to another device in the set direction, and the device where the mouse is located can also respond to keyboard input. In addition, two devices in cross-device collaboration can share a clipboard and complete file transfer.

In terms of intelligence, UnionTech UOS has a built-in UOS AI assistant, which is compatible with hundreds of billions of large language models in China, and is deeply integrated with office scenarios, bringing a new efficiency revolution to users.
