According to the content of the announcement, the Chengyang Hetao Street Health Center is planned to be located in the south of Yuhai Road, east of Anhe Road and north of Wenhai Road, Hetao Street, Chengyang District, with a total area of 30 acres and a planned construction area of 25,500 square meters, of which the above-ground construction area is about 17,000 square meters and the underground construction area is about 8,500 square meters.
According to further information, the estimated investment of the new Hetao Street Health Center project is about 299 million yuan, and the expected time for the release of the tender announcement (or the issuance of the tender invitation) has not yet been determined.
