The sketches on display are selected from some of the pages of the "Sketch Collection" published by the People's Publishing House in March 1975 to celebrate the victory of the Fourth National People's Congress.
There is a passage in the publication note, which is very contemporary and intimate for people with life experience. On the days of celebrating the victorious convening of the Fourth National People's Congress, the broad masses of workers, peasants, soldiers, and people of all nationalities conscientiously studied the new 'Constitution' and various important documents adopted by the congress, and under the guidance of the correct line, they united to consolidate and strengthen the dictatorship of the proletariat, grasp the revolution, promote production, promote work, and promote war preparedness, and strive to better realize the various combat tasks set forth by the Fourth People's Congress."
Although these sketches are nearly 50 years old, the pages of sketches reflect the jubilant celebration of the whole country, and a strong sense of long-lost times and memories come to the face.
