After arriving at the scene, the investigators immediately carried out environmental testing on the scene, and after ascertaining the situation, the commander divided the combat force into two parts, the cooling group dispatched two mobile guns to cool the adjacent tanks, and the fire extinguishing group dispatched foam cannons to cover and extinguish the fire in the cofferdam, and two 18-meter-high jet fire trucks and two heavy foam fire trucks extinguished the tanks, and finally the fire was controlled.
