Phoenix Park is located between Mazhenba and Fenghuang Town, starting from Qifeng Bridge in the east to Ranjiagou in the west, the park is built along the Baiyang River, with a total length of about 7.9km, including 1.1km of Xiaoxi River through Fenghuang Town, with a total area of about 330,000 square meters.
