Pay attention to meteorological information in a timely manner
When the rainy season comes, pay attention to listen to and watch relevant weather reports, and pay close attention to flood information.
When evacuating, be prepared and go to higher ground
According to the flood information provided by authoritative media and official channels, the location should be evacuated in an orderly manner. When evacuating, recognize the road signs, and clarify the evacuation route and destination.
When the flood arrives, those who do not have time to move should quickly move to the nearest hillside, the upper floor of a building with a solid structure, the high ground, and other places, and try to get in touch with the relevant departments, report their location and danger, and actively seek rescue.
In mountainous areas, stay away from streams and rivers
If you find a river in a mountainous area where the water is turbulent, turbid and mixed with sediment, it may be a precursor to flash floods, and you should leave the stream or river as soon as possible.
If water enters the room, turn off the coal power immediately
Once water enters the room, immediately turn off the power, gas and other equipment.
Don't do these things
Stay away from underpasses or viaducts, and don't walk in running water, which can cause you to fall at a depth of 15 centimeters.
Do not swim to escape, do not climb live poles and towers, and stay away from inclined poles and broken wires.
If you are caught up in a flood
Hold on to objects that are firmly fixed or floating
If you have been caught in a flood, be sure to hold on to a fixed (large tree, etc.) or floating object (wooden plank, large styrofoam, etc.) as much as possible to find an opportunity to escape.
