Qin Feng told reporters that on January 6, 2024, he submitted the results of the examination of the professional courses he taught. At 11 p.m. on January 8, he received a call from a parent of a student Chen, who claimed to be a researcher at a research institute, and asked to revise his child's grades because his child was studying for a bachelor's and master's degree and failing to pass the grades would affect his future.

Qin Feng said that for a while, he was worried about the safety of himself and his family. In the thirtieth year of the Chinese New Year's Eve, I again received a text message from the student's parents, questioning that it was too difficult for him to write the questions and reading the papers at will, saying that he would go to the Education Department to sue him.
