Today, the Hangzhou traffic police issued a notice that due to the construction needs of the main project of the fourth phase of the Hangzhou Metro Westlake University East Station and other 5 stations, Dunyu Road (Shuzhi Road to the west side of the Ring Expressway), Airport Road (Huanzhan West Road - Meijiaqu Street), Xinfeng Road (south side of Yicheng Road - south side of Airport Road), Puyan Road (Huiju Street - north side of the Changqiao Line), Baimahu Road (west side of Tenglong Road to the west side of Jianghong South Road), Kehai South Road will be closed for construction.
The notice reads as follows:

Notice on the adjustment of traffic organization measures during the construction of the main project of five stations including Westlake University East Station of the fourth phase of the Hangzhou Metro
Due to the construction needs of the main project of five stations including Westlake University East Station of the fourth phase of the Hangzhou Metro, in order to ensure the orderly and safe road traffic, according to Article 39 of the Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China, the traffic management department of the public security organ will adjust the relevant road traffic organization measures during the construction period. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:
1. From May 13, 2024 to April 13, 2027, Dunyu Road (from Shuzhi Road to the west side of the Ring Expressway) within the scope of the main project of Westlake University East Station of Line 4 will occupy part of the road space for closed construction. During the construction period, the local road alignment of the above-mentioned road section will be adjusted, and the two-way 6-lane road section will remain unchanged. Among them, from May 13, 2024 to May 12, 2025, motor vehicles are prohibited from turning left from west to north and left from north to east at Dunyu Road and Hong Road intersection, and non-motor vehicles and pedestrian crossings are reserved in the construction area of the intersection.
2. From May 15, 2024 to April 22, 2027, Airport Road (Huanzhan West Road - Meijiaqu Street) and Xinfeng Road (south side of Yicheng Road - south side of Airport Road) within the main project of Yicheng Road Station of Line 18 will occupy part of the road space for closed construction. During the construction period, the above-mentioned road sections will be adjusted from 6 lanes in both directions to no less than 4 lanes in both directions.
3. From May 20, 2024 to March 18, 2027, Puyan Road (north side of Huiju Street-Changqiao Line) within the scope of the main project of Puju Street Station of Line 4 will occupy part of the road space for closed construction. During the construction period, the local road alignment of the above-mentioned road sections will be adjusted, and the section north of Puju Street on Puyan Road will remain unchanged with 6 lanes in both directions, and the section south will be adjusted from 6 lanes in both directions to no less than 5 lanes in both directions.
4. From May 22, 2024 to February 2, 2027, Baimahu Road (west of Tenglong Road to west of Jianghong South Road) within the scope of the main project of Baimahu Station of Line 18 will occupy part of the road space for closed construction. During the construction period, the local road alignment of Baimahu Road (west side of Tenglong Road to Changjiang Road) was adjusted, and the road section was adjusted from 4 lanes in both directions to no less than 2 lanes in both directions; Baimahu Road (from Changjiang Road to the west side of Jianghong South Road) has been partially adjusted, and the road section will remain unchanged with 4 lanes in both directions.
5. From May 30, 2024 to December 2, 2026, part of the road space of Kehai South Road (construction section) within the scope of the main project of Shuangpu Depot Station of Line 12 will be closed for construction. During the construction period, the local road alignment of the above-mentioned road section will be adjusted, and the two-way road section will remain unchanged.
6. Non-motorized vehicles and pedestrians should pass in the reserved passage in the construction area.
The majority of vehicle drivers and pedestrians are requested to consciously abide by the provisions of this notice and obey the command of the on-site police and management personnel.
