Due to the renovation needs of the Hangzhou-Deqing Municipal Railway Project (Section Wind Shaft and Sports Center Station Phase II), from May 15, 2024 to December 31, 2024 (postponed in case of heavy rain and other special circumstances), the east-west traffic space on the north side of Deqing Avenue (Shuangshan Road-Nanshan Road section, Xinfeng Road-Yongping Road section) will be adjusted. The south side remains unchanged from west to east.
1. Deqing Avenue (Shuangshan Road-Nanshan Road Section):
The south side of the road will remain unchanged from west to east, and the north side will maintain one-way three-lane traffic. The traffic space will be moved 22 meters south from the current location, and the construction period will be from May 16, 2024 to December 31, 2024.
During the period, due to the erection needs of some well construction machinery, an additional lane should be temporarily occupied for 14 days (the specific date is to be determined), and the passage will temporarily become one-way two-lane during the occupation period.
2. Deqing Avenue (Xinfeng Road-Yongping Road Section): The south side of the road section will maintain the status quo from west to east, and the north side will maintain one-way two-lane traffic. The traffic space will be moved 20 meters south from the current location, and the construction period will be from May 24, 2024 to December 31, 2024.
Traffic participants are requested to follow the construction traffic signs set up on the road in the construction area or detour in advance, and obey the instructions of the on-site management personnel. Announcement on the construction of the renovation project of Yingxi North Road (Changhong Street-Huancheng North Road) of the infrastructure upgrading and reconstruction project of the old industrial park
In order to complete the goal of the infrastructure upgrading and renovation project of the old industrial park, Yingxi North Road (Changhong Street to Huancheng North Road) will be closed for construction from May 15, 2024 to January 31, 2025.
1. The section from the original railway passage of Changhong Street on Yingxi North Road to Huancheng North Road will be closed for construction, of which the closure time from Bridge No. 1 of Yingxi North Road to Huancheng North Road will be from May 15, 2024 to January 31, 2025; The original railway passage of Changhong Street to the No. 1 bridge of Yingxi North Road will be closed from May 6, 2024 to August 31, 2024; No. 2 bridge and Chuanshan Street Bridge on Yingxi North Road will be opened to traffic on July 15, 2024, and after the opening of traffic, the traffic flow north of No. 1 Bridge on Yingxi North Road (including Guo Zhaopian) will be bypassed through Huancheng North Road and Chuanshan Street.
2. The original railway passage section from Changhong Street to Changhong Street is about 150m long for semi-closed and semi-open construction operations, with the eastern half closed from September 1, 2024 to October 15, 2024, and the western half closed from October 16, 2024 to November 30, 2024.
3. The No. 1 bridge on Yingxi North Road will be demolished and rebuilt, and the construction period will be from July 15, 2024 to October 31, 2024.
Enterprises and residents along the line can borrow the internal passage of the construction site to enter and exit. Relevant traffic participants are requested to plan their travel routes in advance, detour to Kaixuan Road, Zhongxing North Road and other surrounding roads, and obey the command of the on-site management personnel. For the inconvenience caused, please understand and support all walks of life and the majority of drivers!
