Liang Ruihong, 44 years old, member of the Communist Party of China, Ph.D., researcher, leader of the piezoelectric ceramic materials and devices research group of Shanghai Institute of Ceramics, Chinese Academy of Sciences.

Liang Ruihong has been on the front line of scientific research for nearly 20 years, closely focusing on the major national needs in the fields of aerospace, energy, marine and electronic information, and is committed to the design, performance control and engineering application research of piezoelectric ceramic materials, which have been successfully applied to many major tasks such as deep oil and gas exploration and logging equipment, Chang'e series ultrasonic motors and Long March rocket telemetry systems. He has presided over a number of projects at or above the provincial and ministerial level, such as the National Natural Science Joint Fund, the "863 Program" and "973 Project" of the Ministry of Science and Technology, and the National Key R&D Program.
