At the verification site, law enforcement personnel focus on checking whether the measuring instruments such as electronic scales and blood pressure monitors used by each business entity are regularly verified and used within the validity period, whether the verification mark is affixed, whether the measuring instruments are equipped with cheating devices by illegal means to measure and cheat, and whether there are illegal acts such as deception and infringement of the legitimate rights and interests of consumers; At the same time, in order to facilitate the service objects in the jurisdiction, law enforcement personnel carry standard weights to take the way of door-to-door verification to weigh and test the electronic truck scale balance measuring instruments, paste qualified labels on the qualified ones, and conduct on-site debugging of the electronic scales with errors after verification to ensure that all the measuring instruments in use are qualified. During the inspection, the law enforcement officers also publicized the relevant knowledge of laws and regulations such as the Metrology Law of the People's Republic of China to the business entities, guided and urged the operators to measure fairly and fairly, operate in good faith and abide by the law, and jointly create a safe and secure consumption environment for the majority of consumers.
Up to now, the Qin'an County Market Supervision Bureau has carried out centralized verification and inspection in 10 towns in the county, and a total of 2,350 pieces of various measuring instruments have been verified.
