Strengthen organizational leadership and implement responsibilities in place
In strict accordance with the requirements of the higher authorities, the organization and command organization for flood prevention and drought control in Rongbing Park should be adjusted in a timely manner, the division of labor for the defense of the embankment and reservoir should be clearly determined, and various flood prevention and drought control responsibilities should be further implemented in detail.
Strengthen the investigation of hidden dangers and build a strong line of defense
Conduct a comprehensive investigation of water conservancy projects such as embankments, reservoirs, culverts, pumping stations, and historical dangerous sections. A total of 19 hidden dangers were identified, and a list of problems was established for the problems identified, and engineering and non-engineering measures were implemented one by one to ensure the safety of the flood.
Strengthen material reserves to ensure preparedness
It has also added flood control and rescue materials, 3,000 straw bales (10,000 on behalf of storage), 3,500 woven bags, 7.5 cubic meters of wooden piles, 1,900 square meters of color striped cloth, and 300 square meters of geotextiles. Completed the maintenance, commissioning and operation of culvert gates, repaired and maintained 25 sets of 21 embankment culvert gates, 31 sets of 9 drainage stations, and 10 sets of 3 test machines.
Strengthen training and drills to improve emergency response capabilities
Actively participate in the tripartite deduction of the "Key Defense Plan for the North of the Rongbing Yanmao Highway Bridge of the Tongji River and the North of the Yanghu Drainage Station", organize the inspectors of reservoirs, embankments and gate stations to participate in the provincial dike inspection and risk inspection training course held by the Provincial Department of Water Resources, and organize the person in charge of flood control in the park and all the personnel of the water conservancy station to participate in the city's flood prevention and drought relief business training courses, learn and master flood control knowledge and skills, and further improve emergency response capabilities.
