He formed a youth commando team and independently developed the "Yunfan Nearshore Ship Dynamic Perception System", which was at the forefront of urgent, difficult, dangerous and heavy tasks such as serving the construction of Xudabao Nuclear Power Plant, ensuring the smooth transportation of key materials, ensuring oil and gas exploitation in Bohai Bay, and preventing sea ice and ensuring convenient travel for the people in the jurisdiction. The Huludao Maritime Youth Commando was rated as "Huludao Outstanding Youth Commando" for 5 times in 4 years.

He actively practiced the concept of coordinated development and participated in the establishment of an integrated management mechanism for joint law enforcement of offshore supply vessels in the Bohai Rim of "three provinces and one city".
