Recently, when the Yongding District Fire and Rescue Brigade carried out a special inspection action to affect escape and fire fighting and rescue in the doors and windows of densely populated places, it was found that the external windows of the room on the south side of Zhangjiajie Xiangshun Pension Service Co., Ltd., a hot water pit community in Dayongqiao Street, Yongding District, violated the provisions of Article 28 of the Fire Protection Law of the People's Republic of China, and was punished by the Yongding District Fire and Rescue Brigade with a penalty of 5,500 yuan in accordance with the law.
"As a densely populated place, illegal anti-theft windows, once a fire occurs, anti-theft windows will become a 'life-threatening window' that hinders the escape of personnel and affects fire fighting and rescue...... "The on-site brigade supervision and inspection personnel informed the person in charge of the unit of the harm of illegally setting up anti-theft windows, and issued a "Notice of Correction within a Time Limit" in accordance with the law. After investigation and evidence collection, penalty notification and other procedures, the Yongding District Fire and Rescue Brigade imposed an administrative penalty of RMB 5,500 on Zhangjiajie Xiangshun Pension Service Co., Ltd. in accordance with the provisions of Article 60, Paragraph 1, Item 6 of the Fire Protection Law of the People's Republic of China, Articles 15 and 22 of the Guiding Opinions on the Discretion of Administrative Punishment Cases of Hunan Provincial Fire and Rescue Agencies, and the Discretionary Reference Table for Administrative Punishment Cases of Hunan Fire and Rescue Agencies (No. 002-6).
At present, the unit has been rectified in place as required. In the next step, the Yongding Brigade will continue to carry out a centralized inventory of fire safety hazards to ensure that the fire safety situation in the jurisdiction continues to be stable.
