In order to continue to consolidate and deepen the achievements of the fire safety centralized elimination and rectification action, and further promote the three-year action to tackle the root cause, on April 23, the Lijiang Fire and Rescue Detachment went deep into the jurisdiction to carry out the centralized and unified action of "breaking windows and nets", and resolutely dismantled the anti-theft nets, iron fences, billboards and other obstacles that affected the evacuation and escape of personnel and fire fighting and rescue.
During the concentrated action, the city organized a total of 5 inspection teams to go deep into the "nine small places", multi-format mixed production and operation sites, and densely populated places in the jurisdiction to inspect and rectify hidden dangers such as insufficient safety evacuation conditions, illegal anti-theft nets, and billboards. In accordance with the methods of investigation, rectification, and training, each inspection team publicizes the harmfulness of obstacles obstructing escape routes, such as anti-theft windows, anti-theft nets, metal fences, and billboards, to units and the public, and publicizes and popularizes relevant laws and regulations.
The inspection team ordered the responsible persons of the relevant units to immediately dismantle and rectify the problems of the escape windows found to be anti-theft windows and iron fences, and if they could not be rectified immediately, the fire supervisor issued a "Notice of Immediate Correction" and ordered the unit to rectify within a time limit. During the concentrated action, a total of 18 units and places were inspected in the city, 76 hidden dangers were found, and 3 anti-theft windows, iron fences, and billboards were dismantled on site to 7 square meters.
In the next step, the detachment will follow the requirements of the special action of "dismantling windows and breaking nets", so that all investigations should be investigated, all should be demolished, and all changes should be made.
