Subsequently, the District Emergency Bureau launched the emergency plan, the District Emergency Bureau, the Hexi Traffic Police Detachment, the District Fire and Rescue Detachment, the District Armed Forces Department, the District Housing and Urban-Rural Development Commission, the District Urban Management Committee, the District Health Commission, the District Red Cross, the Tianta Street Office, the State Grid Tianjin Electric Power Chengnan Power Supply Company and other units rushed to the scene for rescue and rescue.
