These projects cover many fields such as industry, transportation, people's livelihood, and urban support. Since the beginning of the year, all departments at all levels in Shaoxing have conscientiously implemented the spirit of the "First Meeting of the New Year", firmly established the concept of "project is king", held the bull's nose, anchored the main grasp, and promoted high-quality development with high-quality projects.
For example, the Shaoxing Campus project of Sir Run Run Run Shaw Hospital of Zhejiang University, with a total investment of more than 3 billion yuan, as a major landmark project of "serving the people's livelihood in the region and improving the energy level of the city" in Shangyu District, the first phase of the trial operation area has been completed and accepted recently, and the trial operation is expected to be realized in July this year. "Through inverted construction periods, wall chart operations, etc., we completed the completion acceptance ahead of schedule while ensuring the quality and safety of the project." The relevant person in charge of the project said that after the hospital is completed and put into use, it will become a new highland of public medical resources that radiates the surrounding areas. Entering the second quarter, the whole city continued to take advantage of the momentum and make efforts forward. In order to make every effort to win the "first half" and strive to answer the "mid-term volume", the municipal level sets the plate, builds the mechanism, and provides excellent services, and the district and county (city) levels grasp the implementation, make up for the shortcomings, strengths and weaknesses, and show their abilities at the city and county levels, increase the intensity of the project, and continuously improve the quality and efficiency of the work.
With a total investment of 10 billion yuan, the industrialization project of Shaoxing BYD semiconductor power devices and sensing and control devices is accelerating, and the next phase of the plant has been completed and has entered the stage of equipment installation and commissioning; With a total investment of 17.48 billion yuan, the Keqiao-Zhuji Expressway project has also been reported frequently, and as of the end of April, the project has completed more than 43% of the annual investment plan, laying a solid foundation for ensuring that the time and task are "more than half".
At the site of the first phase of the Yangtze River Delta Agricultural Products Cold Chain Smart Logistics Center and Agricultural Wholesale Market Project located in Lihai Street, Binhai New Area, the main structure of the 50-acre pilot area has been completed, and the secondary structure construction is currently underway. As a key livelihood project of the Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government's "vegetable basket" to benefit the people's livelihood and ensure supply, the project has been included in the provincial key construction projects, provincial major industrial projects, provincial major service industry projects and provincial "thousands and trillions" projects. "At present, the 269 acres of the east block planned for construction have been fully started, in addition to the 50 acres of the pilot area, the other 219 acres have been completed pile foundation engineering, and strive to be fully completed and put into operation next year." According to the relevant person in charge of the project, after the project is completed and put into production, it can achieve an annual transaction scale of 1.5 million tons of agricultural products and a transaction volume of more than 30 billion yuan. According to the Municipal Bureau of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, Shaoxing plans to start construction of 54 major agricultural and rural projects this year, with an annual investment of 4.7 billion yuan, and as of the end of April, a total investment of 2.415 billion yuan has been completed, with an investment completion rate of 51%, achieving "double more than half" ahead of schedule. "Next, we will further do a good job in the guarantee of land, capital, manpower and other elements, and strengthen project tracking services, through the full life cycle management of investment projects, accelerate the speed and quality of major projects, and ensure that provincial and municipal key projects achieve 'double more than half'." The relevant person in charge of the Municipal Development and Reform Commission said.
