1. Written test

The main content of the written examination is the comprehensive knowledge that college teachers should have. 2. Interview

(3) Persons who have received criminal punishment for crimes, persons who have been expelled from the Party, persons who have been dismissed from public office, non-recent graduates of full-time ordinary colleges and universities, military personnel on active duty, and persons in other circumstances who are not allowed to be hired by law must not apply for employment, and non-recent graduates of full-time ordinary colleges and universities cannot use the academic qualifications they have obtained as a condition for applying for employment. 4. Recruitment Procedures

(1) Publish recruitment information

Through the website of the Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security (http://hrss.shandong.gov.cn) and the website of Texas College (http://www.dzu.edu.cn/), the recruitment information will be released to the public.

(2) Registration and qualification review

1. Registration

Registration time: from the date of publication of the brochure to May 21, 2024.

Registration method: Applicants will register by email. Applicants should fill in and submit the registration materials truthfully in strict accordance with the requirements of the position.

The registration materials include: (If the following materials need to be submitted as scanned copies, the scanned copies must be in JPEG, BMP and other picture formats, and the size of each should not exceed 1M.) )

(1) A scanned copy of your ID card.

(2) Scanned copies of academic qualifications and degree certificates recognized by the state.

(3) If the 2024 graduates of ordinary colleges and universities apply for the job, submit the scanned copy of the employment recommendation form issued by the graduate institution, and be able to obtain the graduation certificate and degree certificate before July 31, 2024, otherwise the application qualification will be cancelled.

(4) Overseas students who apply for employment must provide a scanned copy of the Certificate of Foreign Academic Qualifications and Degrees issued by the Service Center for Scholarly Study of the Ministry of Education. For returnees who have not yet obtained the degree certification from abroad (overseas), they can adopt the method of "commitment + tolerance", and are allowed to register for the examination first, submit a scanned copy of the "Commitment for Academic Degree Certification" (Annex 2), and be able to obtain the academic degree certification before July 31, 2024, otherwise the application qualification will be cancelled.

(5) A scanned copy of the certificate of CPC membership issued by the grassroots party committee, general party branch or organization department where the current party member is located since 2024 (see Annex 3 for specific requirements).

(7) If the incumbent applies for the job, he or she must submit the scanned copy of the original letter of introduction issued by the department or unit with the authority of the employee, as well as the scanned copy of the social security certificate issued by the local social security department; Applicants who do not have a job unit must submit a scanned copy of the file storage certificate issued by the Talent Service Center, as well as a scanned copy of the certificate of non-participation in social security issued by the local social security department.

After the applicant successfully submits the registration information, please be sure to pay attention to the registration email at any time. For those who are returned due to incomplete registration information or failure to fill in as required, applicants can submit it again after modifying and supplementing it within the registration time, and cannot submit the registration information after the registration time is closed. Applicants should complete the registration as soon as possible in accordance with the registration process, and if the registration and review are affected due to the failure to check the registration email or "whistle registration" in time, the consequences shall be borne by the applicants.

After the registration is completed, if the qualified applicants do not reach the prescribed proportion, the number of recruits will be reduced accordingly according to the prescribed proportion.

2. Eligibility

The qualification review of candidates will run through the whole process of recruitment. Applicants are required to fill in and submit relevant personal information truthfully. If the relevant materials and information provided by the applicant are false, they will be disqualified once found.

The follow-up notice of this recruitment is released through the website of the Personnel Department of Texas College (http://rsc.dzu.edu.cn/), and no further notice will be given, please pay attention to the applicants, and if the recruitment is affected by not checking the notice news in time for personal reasons, the consequences will be borne by yourself.

(3) Examinations

The examination will be conducted in the form of a written test followed by an interview.

1. Written test

The content of the written test mainly examines the basic knowledge of the candidates to adapt to the position, and the total score of the written test is 100 points, and the passing score line is set to 60 points.

Candidates who have reached the passing score line of the written test shall be determined in turn according to the position according to the written test score from high to low according to the prescribed proportion; If there is a vacancy in the number of people who pass the written examination, the recruitment will be cancelled; If the prescribed proportion is not reached, the interview candidates shall be determined according to the actual number of qualified candidates.

The time, place and other related matters of the written test will be announced in a timely manner through the website of the Personnel Office of Texas College (http://rsc.dzu.edu.cn/) after the registration is completed, and applicants are requested to pay attention to it in time.

Candidates who enter the scope of the interview must conduct on-site qualification review within the specified time with the original and copy of the registration materials according to the requirements of the recruitment position before the interview.

2. Interview

Interviews are conducted in a structured manner. It mainly examines the applicant's language expression ability, adaptability, comprehensive analysis ability, etc.

The total score of the interview is 100 points, and the passing score line of the interview is set at 60 points. The results of the interview will be announced on the spot after the interview.

For those who have reached the interview passing score, the total score of the examination shall be calculated according to the proportion of 40% of the written test score and 60% of the interview score, and the 100-point system. The written test score, interview score, and total test score are all calculated to two decimal places, and the mantissa is rounded. According to the total score of the examination, determine the candidates who will enter the scope of the inspection and physical examination. If the total score of the applicant for the same recruitment position is tied, the candidates who will enter the scope of the examination shall be determined according to the written test score from high to low; If the results of the written test are also the same, the candidates will be determined through an interview and an additional test.

(4) Inspection and physical examination

According to the recruitment position, according to the total score of the candidate's examination, from the high score to the low score according to the ratio of 1:1.5, to determine the candidates to enter the scope of the inspection and physical examination, the school set up an inspection and physical examination working group, in turn to organize the inspection, physical examination. The inspection is carried out in a variety of ways such as consulting archives and discussions according to the requirements of the post, focusing on ideological and political performance, moral quality, professional ability and work performance, etc., and whether the candidates meet the specified job qualifications, and whether the relevant information and materials provided are true and accurate. In accordance with the "Opinions on Further Strict Management of Cadre Files" (Lu Gufa [2017] No. 2), the files of the inspection objects will be strictly reviewed, focusing on the content of "three ages, two calendars and one identity". If there are problems with the file and cannot be clarified and implemented after investigation, the employment formalities will not be handled.

Physical examinations are to be conducted in general hospitals at or above the county level, and the physical examination standards and items are to be implemented with reference to the physical examination standards and operation manuals for civil servants, and where the state has other provisions, follow those provisions. For those who need to be re-examined according to the regulations, they shall not be carried out in the original physical examination hospital, and the re-examination can only be carried out once, and the results shall be subject to the conclusion of the re-examination.

Applicants who fail to participate in the physical examination at the specified time and place shall be deemed to have given up automatically. The vacancies caused by giving up or failing to pass the inspection and physical examination can be filled in equal amounts from the personnel who enter the scope of the inspection and physical examination in the same post.

(5) Publicity of employment

For those who have passed the examination, inspection and physical examination, they will be publicized on the website of the Personnel Department of Texas College according to the regulations, and the publicity period will be 7 working days. The list of personnel to be hired will not be filled after it is announced. At the expiration of the publicity period, if there is no problem or the problem does not affect the employment, it shall be reported to the Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security for review and filing, and if the employment conditions are met, the "Notice of Filing of Recruitment Personnel of Public Institutions" shall be issued, and the relevant formalities shall be handled with the "Notice of Recruitment of Personnel of Public Institutions", and the employing unit and the hired personnel shall sign an employment contract and establish a personnel relationship in accordance with the regulations. The hired personnel shall be subject to a probationary period in accordance with the regulations, and those who are qualified shall be formally hired upon the expiration of the period, and the employment contract shall be terminated if they are not qualified.

V. Treatment

The salaries and benefits of the hired personnel shall be subject to the staff standards of relevant national and provincial institutions. After the probationary period expires, the assessment will be qualified, and the corresponding level of recruitment will be hired.
