On May 10, with a hole of 32.6 meters long and weighing 724.88 tons of box girder smoothly falling on the No. 1 pier of the Tangyuhe Bridge of the West Ten High-speed Railway to Xi'an Terrace, marking the completion of the erection of the box girder of the Tangyuhe Bridge of the West Ten High-speed Railway, the construction progress of the West Ten High-speed Railway was further accelerated.
The Tangyuhe Bridge constructed by Xicheng Passenger Dedicated Shaanxi Company and constructed by China Railway Shanghai Bureau is located at the junction of Xinshangpo Village and Lantian County, Chang'an District, Xi'an, with a total length of 2057.5m, including 628 pile foundations, 64 bearing caps, 62 piers, 2 abutments, and a total of 61 holes of 32.6 meters of box girders and 2 holes of 24.6 meters of box girders. The bridge crosses rivers, roads, etc., high piers, cross-road construction, etc., and the construction interference is large and the safety risk is high.
Since the successful erection of the first hole box girder of the West 10 High-speed Railway (Shaanxi Section) on March 25, the project has strictly implemented the relevant requirements of the construction unit Xicheng Passenger Special Shaanxi Company for "high-quality project creation", "grid management", large-scale equipment management, etc., further refined the construction tasks, formulated a special plan for the erection of the box girder of the Tangyuhe Bridge, optimized the process connection process, carried out regular analysis and discussion, formulated rectification measures, and improved the progress of the box girder erection. Strict safety control in the process of box girder erection, conscientiously do a good job of safety disclosure and training for key links such as box girder transportation, lifting, and erection, conduct all-round investigation of special equipment such as handlers, beam trucks, and bridge erecting machines, and monitor the whole process in real time during the operation process to ensure that the erection work is carried out safely and orderly.
The Lantian beam yard of China Railway Shanghai Bureau is the only prefabricated beam yard on the whole line of the West 10 High-speed Railway, covering an area of 153 acres, and undertakes the prefabrication and erection tasks of a total of 698 box girders of the 1st and 2nd bids of the West 10th High-speed Railway. Up to now, the project has prefabricated 105 box girders and erected 63 box girders, and it is expected that all the prefabrication and erection tasks of the box girders will be completed by the end of the year.
Xi'an to Shiyan high-speed railway is Shaanxi "m" shaped high-speed rail network in an important "pinch", the high-speed rail through Xi'an, Shangluo, Shiyan three cities, access has been built Wuhan to Shiyan high-speed rail, the new main line is 255.7 kilometers long, the design speed is 350 kilometers per hour, of which the Shaanxi section is 169 kilometers long, along the way set up Xi'an East, Lantian, Shangluoxi, Shanyang, Manchuan Pass 5 stations.
After the opening of the West 10 high-speed railway, Xi'an to Shiyan to achieve 1 hour to arrive, Xi'an to Wuhan railway running time will be shortened from the current 5 hours to about 2.5 hours, will further improve the national high-speed railway network, shorten the time and space distance between Shaanxi and the Yangtze River Delta, the Pearl River Delta and other regions, strengthen the connection between the Guanzhong urban agglomeration and the urban agglomeration in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River, help the rural revitalization of the Qinba Mountainous Area, and better support the joint construction of the "Belt and Road", the development of the Yangtze River Economic Belt and the development of the western region and other national development strategies.
