Ms. Zhong told reporters that in 2019, Wuhan Base Camp Commercial Management Co., Ltd., the operator of Fanyue City Outlets in Hongshan District, Wuhan City, invited Ms. Zhong's bar as the main store to settle in. After the two parties signed the contract in December, Ms. Zhong and the shareholders, who had high hopes for the new store, immediately invested tens of millions of yuan to purchase equipment and decoration. Ms. Zhong said that her bar is the largest investment and the most luxuriously decorated façade in the entire business district. After the incident on April 17 this year, she was shocked and immediately called the police.
After calling the police at that time, the police made a phone call to verify, and then told Ms. Zhong that it was demolished by a company called Tokamak. But Ms. Zhong had never heard of the tokamak company and had no contractual relationship with him. But her shop was illegally demolished. Ms. Zhong said that she started from scratch, and all her savings in the first half of her life were invested in the physical entrepreneurship of catering. The invoices for optical equipment are 4 million yuan.
The reporter saw at the scene that the outside of the bar was completely demolished, only a piece of debris remained, and the door was locked from the inside. Entering the bar from the main entrance of the business district, you can see that all the furnishings have been removed, and only one rough room remains.
Ms. Zhong also told reporters that what made her even more angry was that when she signed a contract with the business district in 2019, the management promised her that many brands would settle in Fanyue City Outlets. Including the site of its investment promotion department, the entire brand display is to promote 300 retail brands, and Wuhan is the most complete urban outlets. It will open on December 21, 2019. At that time, Ms. Zhong's bar was next door to Armani, but Armani had never seen it, and it became Malatang, breakfast, and fast food at the end of last year and the beginning of this year. Ms. Zhong also told reporters that as early as 2023, she had complained to the Hongshan District Market Supervision and Administration Bureau: the brand promised to settle in Fanyue City Outlets was not in place, and the internal facilities were not perfect. After receiving Ms. Zhong's complaint, the market supervision department filed a case and gave her a "Notice of Reporting and Case Filing", and while the case was still under investigation, an investment center called Tokamak Company popped up on the first floor of the mall, and the company also demolished her storefront, which she really couldn't accept. On April 29, Ms. Zhong and the reporter went to the investment promotion center of Wuhan Tokamak Consulting Co., Ltd. on the first floor of the north building to learn about the situation. The staff said: The person in charge is not there. After leaving her contact information, the staff promised to notify Ms. Zhong when the person in charge returned. Later, Ms. Zhong and the reporter contacted a project leader of Wuhan Base Camp Business Management Co., Ltd., but the phone was never answered.
As of press time, Ms. Zhong and Mr. Li have not received a response from both companies. At present, the public security organs have separately filed a case for investigation into the reports of Ms. Zhong and Mr. Li, and decided to file an administrative case against Ms. Zhong's report, and Mr. Li's report to be filed criminally, and the case is still under investigation.
