CCTV's "National Memory" tells the story of Chen Chutai's heroism

Chen Chutai once said to a friend that in the struggle against the enemy, he must adhere to the "two noes", that is, not to be soft and not to let go, so he named his two children "Chen Burou" and "Chen Burang". When Chen Chutai was killed, Chen Burou was only 5 years old, although she was young, but the seeds of revolution had been planted in her heart, she inherited her father's revolutionary legacy, joined the revolutionary team, and participated in the Battle of Transition River. After coming to Wujiang, Chen Burou worked as a primary school teacher, served as the director of the Women's Federation, went to the township grain management office, and also went to the state-owned flour mill, and finally retired from the Pingwang Flour Mill, and lived in the Wujiang Development Zone after the retirement, often educating and tutoring the children of community residents.
